12:20 is actually called "Crossing The T" just like the achievement's/trophy's name when you complete this mission. You can even find the name by checking the save when you have gone through the Elizabeth Greene cutscene.
Haha same, I love fighting those enemies near to that challenge event. As annoying that the helicopters randomly join in and ruin the fun, I played the actual event itself and the D-Codes were not as challenging and satisfying as the ones in free roam, the enemies in challenge events are set on Easy mode which kinda sucks.

i lost count of how many times i heard 6:33 when fighting d-codes and hunters near to that challenge event called "close contact"
