Exactly my experience lmaoo Something that really helped me: 1. Every time you play, first play FFA 100 kills against bots on Nuketown 2. Focus on always having your crosshair where you expect the enemy. This helped me so much get the timing down and beat sweats. Bonus tip: Ghost + Supressor on LR still one hits and surprises enemies more
SVD is the hidden gem I got Chain killer medal while grinding camos, also LW3 is the worst sniper in terms of consistency (hit marks), LR 7.62 is the king for me!

@@AL97- Same. Sniping in Cold War was beautiful. The Tundra was a Beast but my favorite Sniper over the last years is by far the ZRG 20mm in Cold War. I'll probably come back to Cold War Sniping again and again because every other CoD we got in the last years just don't feel the way Cold War did.
idk...i did play every 2nd cod since mw1...and idk it is sniping...sure it differs a bit...i get more hitmarker...and it sucks that u have to play thru all weapon lvl to get faster jump scopes...like wtf? But it still feels good, it's just a little bit harder i think
By the way the target laser doesn't currently work, idk if it'll get patched soon Go in the firing range and switch between strelok and target laser, there's no difference in idle sway
I know you kind of mentioned it, but you should do a video reviewing the target laser and comparing it to the strelok and giving full final thoughts on it.
@@kasuo7039 you get 100% accuracy earlier with strelok, go in firing range, place your dot on the last target then practice your timing, you’ll be able to see the enemy in the scope before the full scope in animation. strelok is also infinitely better for short distance. target laser shines ONLY if you wait for full scope in animation, which reduces ttk
I genuinely don’t understand why the devs are so insistent on making high skill ceiling weapons like snipers unviable while always making ARs and SMGs completely broken.
Just a quick little thing I figured out today, I don’t think this was a thing before but the QuickDraw attachment that gives you the most ads now gives you minus 3 flinch resistance so if you run heavy stock you are basically running a sniper with no flinch resistance on it maybe another alternative is commando riser/grip? Plus 2 ads & spring to fire it doesn’t have cons but who knows anymore…

They need to bring out another attachment that brings down the ADS speed by another 40ms for each. They’re enjoyable snipers to use, but they’re just too slow.
svd is better for really small maps you can get the ads to around 465(or 460 i dont remember) and it doesnt have the wabble after a shot but you are doing a little less then the frostline feels like it at least idk all 3 of them are good this year

The AR’s and SMG’s can literally beam you across map with no flinch and recoil then the snipers are slow until you reach max level and the flinch is to the moon
Snipers have everything stacked against, shot delay, massive flinch, horrible no scope & hip fire to ADS accuracy, centering being off, wobble in the scope if you jump shot at all, sprint to fire delays, so much I can’t type it all lmao
how come when I equip the strelok laser, my cross hairs don't move to the center like that? Did you have to change a setting ? Or maybe something in my settings is preventing it to slide?
The no scope delay bothers me more than the uncentering. The sniper can be centered using the correct attachments, I don’t think they will change that. It is definetly intentional, they’re making weapon attachments actually mean something and have a certain level of effect in this game. It feels intentional so I don’t see them changing that

Honestly…if you have to ask which sniper is better….chances are the answer is neither, it’s just personal preference. They’re snipers….both are bolt action….theyre essentially the same gun with the only difference being a “pick your poison” typa situation, do you want SLIGHTLY faster ads but also SLIGHTLY weaker firepower, or do you want SLIGHTLY slower ads for SLIGHTLY more firepower, so neither of em is better cuz there’s a healthy balance between the two where one excels where the other doesn’t and vice versa. So neither is better, it’s about how you play personally and which one fits BEST FOR YOU Edit: I personally prefer the LR only cuz the hitmarkers on the LW3 are so inconsistent vs the LR you can kinda call it when your shot is gonna hitmarker cuz you just shot em in the toe or sumn. You can shoot them in the neck with the LW3 and they will ONE tap you back with an automatic pistol😑
“MORE STABLE” for some reason just sounds like a little kid describing something to me😂😂😂 Feel like it would’ve sounded better if you said “Better Stability”😂

I feel like maybe they shouldn’t do too much to fix snipers, I feel like the decent players are able to hit clips still and it’s very rewarding, fix the no scope delay and sway pre attachments and that’s about it

Every RUclips using the heavy stock. Put on the combat stock, it’s the heavy but slightly better with a bit better mobility
Also if you use the grip that gives you both sprint to fire and ads, there’s no affect to flinch resistance. So much better than the only Ads grip
Reinforced barrel is also better than long barrel. Idk why people use long unless they don’t have reinforced unlocked

The Lw3 is so bad imo. I can shoot above waist,neck, and chest, and I swear I only get hit markers.
