Man i miss this time in kpop where it was just 2ne1, Snsd, Wondergirls, Miss a, Super junior, Big bang, tvxq, Boa, Sistar, 2pm...etc. Even though things were going on, it wasn't as hectic or problematic as it is these days. They had more freedom compare to today. Nowadays every single day something that is supposedly controversial happens.

Compared today when they saw with someone they're gonna make an issue that you two are dating.. I've been a fan of kpop for almost 8 years... And I've seen how it change from year to year.. Looking back at this performance. I can see why people said it was one of their worst. Dance moves are awkward and messy. There was countless mistakes but you could tell they tried their best. And as for the fandom war. I have to give it to 2ne1. 2ne1 performance gave me goosebumps and had me shouting and smiling.
Let's just all agree that when it comes to YG's performances they go BIG or go home. And I have yet to see them go home.
Many people said snsd is busy at that time. Is that the other group were not busy?but compared with 2ne1's performance on that night was really powerful and they sang a slow song Lonely softly right?

Yes the whole performance was a mess, indeed THIS night 2ne1 did a better perf. But if you follow SNSD, you can see that 98% of their lives are flawless (singing-wise for 5 members and dancing-wise for the all the team)
It was just a pretty bad night for them, performance speaking, because if I remember well they won Artist of the Year.
So you can not like their songs, or the girls, but don't go spreading hate. They worked hard to be one of the best group in kpop history.
And it's from a 2ne1 fan.

SNSD just another girl group...they are not special. they are so beautiful. yes, of course their face, but they all beautiful. And it's not enough, honestly I know this group just because my friend told me that they 're beautiful. this is my first time and last time I listen their song. 9 girls just like 1. I cant remember anyone except Yoona. I havent known she is a singer until now. Davichi and 2ne1 are real artists, really good!

I like SoShi only for our personnalities (especially SooHyoYul) but they really looks like commercial products while 2NE1 are REAL artists : the four members works with Teddy to write and compose the songs, I like SM Family but there's just products unlike YG where the artists create all of songs! they had some technical difficulties in this performance and they didn't practice for a long period of time so this is incredible impressive.

I think the intro was great, it built up the suspense in having to wait for their song "The Boys" to come on. And it definitely did hype up the crowd, what's the point in having just the song "the boys" without any build up? especially for the MAMA awards :P
