I'm Vietnamese and you did great chef! The pork belly looks amazing! Typically the bread has no sesame seeds and the pickle veggies are much simpler, but I don't mind your gourmet variation at all. The only thing is that I didn't know liver pate uses vanilla seasoning?! It could just be a reused bottle but I was surprised for sure.
your version of banh mi looks delicious! a little different from what I've had before but very much in the same ballpark and looks great, I would love to try it. fun fact, my unrealistic pipe dream that I think about when I'm having a particularly bad day is to ragequit working in IT and open up a banh mi shop. so this video almost lets me vicariously experience that, sort of 😆

How do you know how many to make of any of your meals? Whether it's Bahn Xeo or the Yorkshire pudding wraps or those Hungarian Langos. You always seem to have enough. How do you estimate how many to make?

Love the channel. Some constructive criticism, I have a rational and cook our basmati rice in it. I feel you are putting a little too much water in the pan, try reducing it a bit to barely covering the rice. It varies from Brand to brand if you’re picky, but the rational has strong steaming so almost cooks it on its own. I use 1.4l per kg. In any case , keep up the great work and filming , it is much appreciated.
I’d like to try making these at home. Could you divulge the recipe? I watched you making them but am unsure of the quantities or rest time for the dough. I do love a beautifully crispy baguette!

Thanks! Liver pate does not usually have vanilla, it's something I discovered a long time ago. A little amount compliments the pate like a charm 👌😊👍
