Separate the yolk from the egg white.
Add 60 g sugar to the egg yolks (1/4 cup / 2 oz).
Remember that 1 cup = 240 ml / 8 fl oz.
Beat until you get this consistency.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
100 g sugar (2/5 cup / 3.5 oz).
Beat the egg whites for about 5-7 minutes until this consistency is reached.
Carefully mix the egg yolk with the egg white.
170 g flour (1+1/4 cup / 6 ounces).
1 tablespoon cornstarch (15 g).
Mix carefully.
27 x 18 cm baking pan with baking paper.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Remember that the oven must be preheated to 180 C / 356 F before inserting the mold.

120 g sugar (1/2 cup / 4 oz).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 tablespoons cornstarch (45 g).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
400 g peaches in syrup.
Save the syrup for later.
2 bananas.
Mix well.
Soak the cake with the syrup.
Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
