Thx man! I have a cuple of things in store. A welder, vintage drill press stand and a big lathe. Dont know what to do first 😄 and a happy 2022 to you and your familie!
@@WickedTools Thanks for that. Happy new year to you and your family to. The welder could be cool. I really enjoyed doing up mine and tried to create a theme with it. I call it the electric chair lol
Thank you! Yes the welder is on my top list. I will have to find some parts for it first i think... Electric chair... fitting :D :D What do you have in plans for the future videos?
@@WickedTools That sounds good. Well I think my next one will hopefully be another run on the lake with my steamboat. I have been doing some bits on it again lately and plain to take it out very soon. Today I used my press for the first time to help me with my model steam boat. I bent some 3mm thick copper by 70mm wide. I used my new tooling that I made in my press. The copper was for water stops for my paddle shafts that screw on to the wooden rails over the top and on the side of my paddle shafts. In between the copper and wooden rails goes some rubber which pushes against the shafts lightly like a brush to stop water. Took all day to make lol. Press was lovely to use though
@@tom18181 I just saw the boat video. She's superb! I can imagine it took a whole day :) Im on a look out for a press like yours but here in EU they are rare as gold...Hope to find a model like yours one day.
That’s a good job done. So what’s the next big project?
