Sir my english literature teacher said " pumping it all out from the bottom of the self " means he pooped in his pants shamelessly

He isn't murmuring to his wife if u read it once again it says " a man who wasn't yelling at doctors , or pretending to be strong OR making a murmured phonecall to his wife
He wasn't caring about his surroundings or even his emotions or his dear ones
He was just lost amidst his thoughts

Writing this comment on August 8th, 2024, it has been almost one year since my elder sister (22) passed away at a very young age due to medical emergency, doctor did not treat her well, gave her wrong medicine due to which her intestine got burst. Whenever I remember those horror scenes I feel desperate to pray God if he could have given her 1 more chance to live. 😞😞😭😭
Life is unpredictable when all things are going easier in our life.
I am very sorry to read this. God bless her soul. I can imagine the trauma she and your family must have gone through.
