I think I have developed a habit of watching cover videos of Muse. As I start searching for cover videos I always come across this video and I love it. This cover is perfect.

How do you like the Industrial Fuzz in the Helix compared to the real thing? Do you get any utility out of it even though you have the built in option? I'm an Axe Fx III user and it's fuzzes are not the best. I'm trying to go all digital though for preset recall convenience and also because I'm using active pickups now (Fishman Fluence Classics) and they kind of screw around with the results with real fuzzes anyway. Was considering the Line 6 HX One or Source Audio Kingmaker basically just for the potential for better fuzzes than Fractals.
Yeah I’m using the industrial fuzz so much! Honestly I use the built in only to have fun with the squeals and siren effects, otherwise I totally go for industrial fuzz since I can program and have it ready with the settings I want… when I play with the band everything is automated by midi (preset changes and a lot of automations for volume or pitch wham). I use the built in fuzz factory only when playing plug in baby! 😅 I never tried axe fx so I don’t really know how fuzzes are made, but I’m pretty happy with helix fuzzes! Yeah it can be a good idea if you want to use it just for fuzzes, but maybe for a little more you can go for a second hand hx stomp or something like that so you can do more! 😄

Hey, I use a boss gt1 effects pedal; I was wondering if I could replicate/ imitate a sound similar to yours. what effects should i be aiming for? Pedal bend? Also, is there a way to achieve high fuzz without a fuzz factory? Thanks!

I think the most of the sound is given by the -1/+1 oct whammy settings, the rest is just raw fuzz and delay 😁
