    That must be hell trying to fast that long, fruit and fitness, what’s your training like? Are you doing time trials? Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

      I track my weight training more than cardio but trying to time more of my runs at the moment. Main goal is trying to build muscle with limited protein
