These two guys (T. Perez and N.Galitzine) are still Alex and Henry, not necessarily for us, the viewers, we know it was movie and don't mix reality with fiction. But between them they have the same jokes, looks, gestures, laughs.... Always when I saw them I noticed that on-screen or off-screen they behave the same with each other.
Guys.... we are actually getting a freaking SEQUEL! I will be forever happy about it, we waited for so long for the announcement. Matthew's "yes, there's gonna be a sequel" is stuck in my head 🥰
The movie as shown was a beautiful and joyous story of what love can conquer by any two people. It is a powerful yet sensitive tale full of struggle with who one really is, to overcome oppression, and to stand up for what one really wants. Also, humorous incidents during many occasions made the story all the more believable. A sequel is bound to be amazingly wonderful, but the two main actors and the director in the original must return. I hope all the others return as well. I'm sure, given McQuiston and Lopez are co-writing the script, it will be another major hit!
