    I love when he gives the historical origin of the move and how it was originally violent and not for sport.

      It's just better instruction as well, it gives a much better perspective on how this should be used for self defense

      @@RikiDojoUSA Dou itashimashite. That’s wonderful! Okano sensei, according to my coach, is the greatest Judo player alive. By far. He has a wonderful story about doing randori with Okano at the Kodokan after first moving to Japan. He didn’t know who he was at the time… He said he his feet barely touched the floor he was thrown so often.
