To get better aim wise try to find a sensitivity that fits you and not just like stompn's sens To do better in ranked try to get a team and learn all the site setups and how better players play like roaming or anchoring etc. There are tons of videos on RUclips that can help you, and i'm probably going to make a video on it soon.
