Just finished watching this, and it’s a really really good movie, crying will happen but it’s well worth the watch.
After months of trying to find it that one tear drop made me cry I think he let the fear of not making it through the surgery get to him along with the fact that she was his sister .But why did they chose that girl to play the grown up version they did not even try to match her younger self very few people have such a drastic change as they grow up.
I re watched this recently......I forgot it made me ugly cry

you should watch it... its very good movie. i watched it back in 2008 and i still rewatch it..
I went to watch this movie on the link provided and I LOVED it!! It was really good and so sad, I literally cried in the end. :'( It was a very emotional story, I like how the 2 teens boys eventually became friends and that Tale Sung allowed Hae Won to be with his sister despite how much he loved her. This is a very well written movie and I recommend anyone to watch. It also gave me a lot of nostalgia of the early 2000s with the music, outfits, and styles from those days, those were my teen years flashing back to my mind :).
