dad would go to tonys on a sunday morning before we went fishing about 30 years ago , he would always find it amusing as tony and his mates were always having banter after being on the piss , i still remember it well , good to see tonys tackle still going strong .
Excellent Chris, many thanks for taking the time to create this content. I love watching these videos, am learning so much.. I should imagine you were looking forward to a sit down after the weight in! A couple of questions. --What happens to all the results data that is captured during these competitions? Are they analysed at all or passed on? -- I am in the market for a pair of Vass waders, and I see nearly all the guys are wearing them, I have done some re-search already, but tbh it's difficult to decide on a pair when they are not that easy to go and try on! Any feedback from any of the competitors in this match with a pair of Vass would be appreciated. I am 6ft, short legs and large around the mid drift, so not easy to chose a suitable pair!!
Eazy Tony and Chris, thanks once again for the vid to watch. Well done to all who took part in the match. The last 2 weeks up here on the east coast and even in the humber which is strange haddocks have been caught. Someone 2 bays to my left on Saturday had a haddock , so only can be a good thing. All the best n a very merry Xmas from GRIMSBY
Nah not really thick is it?, if they are a really rare fish here, hardly caught and are member of same family and have similarities then identification can be trickier, especially like in this case the eye was not the usual of a whiting. At least us southerners know a bread roll isn’t a cake ffs and we don’t have gravy on salad.
@stormtroopermat Hi, Haddock is a white fish family, bit of a flad head, forward sail fin, 2 finger shaped marks high up towards head near fins, supposiby the 5 fish fed to the masses with 5 loafs of bread, normally a deep water and plentiful fish nor rare. Not putting southern people down, just simply pointing out southern match anglers don't do homework or are indeed a bit thick.
Jesus! It was two fishes and five loaves, how on earth can’t northerners get biblical stories right? It is an uncommon catch down here which means it’s rare and not usually caught here, thus the confusion. Don’t unsubscribe just yet, he’s doing a video on whippets and pigeons soon.
@stormtroopermat well done I won't unsubscribe it funny, so amazing you knew 2 fish, but trust me it was not a mackerel and blue fin tuna, it may be but thay could not I'd them, like you, speaking of dogs let's all keep them off the beaches. Church this morning did you go? To reintroduce to bread, probably not, if you fish I'll catch up with you on beach, not down there as I don't like little fish, try holderness coast.
Very good enjoyed watching merry Christmas one and all and a fishing new year.🎉🎉🎄🎋🍻🍻

Also this is the best remedy to unsubscribe from viewing boring southern videos, thank you!
