- Forging my first sword, a Pirate cutlass!! from a truck leaf spring, this is Part 5 of this series, in this episode we do the final fit and finish and a little ferric chloride decorative etching too.

Looks great. I like the use of the hot melt as a dam for the etching.
its quick and easy, and i have tons of hot glue sticks as I buy them in bulk.
