I've done a lot of fasting through the years and broth is definitely the healthiest way to end a fast along with a little fruit! You will be happy to hear that since the beginning of Lent( almost 40 days ago now geesh!) I have been fasting also, some days water only but mostly healthy CLEAN, God given foods! I also feel so much better ! My heart problems have gone away and my blood pressure is down! You have been an inspiration to me! God is soooo good! Love your hair by the way!
