After a year of feeling almost “normal” with no dizziness but the occasional palpitations and fluttery sensations (linked I’m sure to my fight or flight) last week my dizziness returned with a vengeance. I am feeling awful and can barely walk around the house without feeling like I am going to fall over and have had to take this week off work as I don’t feel safe driving. It’s so hard to stay positive and focused when this happens and I’m very glad that I came across this video of yours today Dr Yo. I need to go back to basics and try and remain optimistic that I will get back to where I was at the very least
I feel this and I'm right there with you. I was in "remission" for almost three years, but I have recently gone back to work, and I think this may have triggered my nervous system stress response, and my symptoms have returned worse than before. Yes, stress (i.e. fear) can be more harmful than most of us realize. It can bring our dormant condition to life. And the older we get, the more vulnerable we are to stress.
You are amazing! Thanks for everything!!! I am 35 years old! After Covid 19 I got diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis and after one and a half year I am still swaying and rocking! I was very scared back then but now I feel I am in that 95% recovery phase! I have no stress, I dealed with my surpassed emotions and I have recently found your channel which gave me optimism and confidence I can get through to the other side! ❤
I'm doing number 8 and 9. I mean, I'm mostly living a normal life, I go out, I drink, I work, I go to the gym, and I'm fine 90% of the time, just by 1) realizing it was NCD and that there was nothing seriously wrong with me and 2) just living my life, exercising, etc. But when something stressful happens and my emotions go crazy (whether caused by work, relationship/guy stuff) the dizziness comes back which throws me into an anxiety spiral. I just feel like I don't truly believe I'll ever get better, and it all flared up before a flight 3 years ago and so my brain associates flying with dizziness and I havent been able to go on flights longer than 3 hours (and I'm heavily drugged each time). I have the opportunity of a lifetime coming up which involves flying 10 hours and I literally break down just at the thought of it but I'll never forgive myself if I don't go for it. I'm utterly hopeless and don't know how I could possibly be ready to fly if I get this job and have to start October 1st.
I'm sorry, Michelle, though I am happy that most of the time things are a lot better. The way your body deals with stress and strong emotions is telling you that there are some unhealthy programs that your brain is still running. This is really where the work needs to be to get to 100%, based on what you're telling me.

I was just sitting here thinking about why my symptoms have escalated this past week after feeling I was just about recovered. Dr Yo! Good news! I actually drove myself to get my blood work done today! I bought an “In and Out Burger as a treat on the way home! I haven’t driven in months! Woke up last Wednesday morning to awful dizziness which lingered on for the full day, I actually had to try to sleep sitting up as every time I lay down I was getting shots of adrenaline coursing through my body making me feel like I was moving on the bed, this hasn't happened to me for a few years.. I'm now left feeling really super stimulated.. I thought it was because I had eaten way too many sweet things but thanks to this very timely video I now completely realise that I have issues which need addressed, issues I have been pushing down. This sounds so much like my very recent experience. I assumed I must have caught a bug and was busy taking covid tests! It’s so hard when it comes back like this after a long period of feeling life was back on track

For people with severe 24/7 symptoms, this is extremely difficult to do...but I agree that those kinds of activities help the nervous system and brain recalibrate over time. Worked for me for chronic pain in the past...now if ONLY I had the means to do that with the NCD, this is physically more limiting... crazy, but true.
Thanks for this. Really needed it. I’m trying to improve my VM symptoms and have been going so well this month but just had a flare up these past few days and feeling down in the dumps! This encouraged me to keep going and maybe lean towards becoming a B- student!

Emotions and events of the past are definitely the answer to all of this Once I went deep and found the emotions of anger guilt resentment grief from past events And sat with them and changed my mindset to what blessings have these events given me Boom the weight of the world fell of my shoulders It’s hard to feel these but what a relief when you do it I’ve still away to go with this but when the dizziness ramps up I stop breathe and feel where it is sit with it when did I feel like this before I journal then put a blessing I’ve taken from it and continue with my day Thank you for all your amazing videos if it wasn’t for you here down under we would all be still struggling ❤
Dr Yo this is brilliant. It has taken me a long time to truly hear, comprehend and internalize the messages here. I have heard them from you many times over the course of my recovery but it has taken me multiple repetitions over time to truly understand. I think that’s probably part of the disorder in operation as I generally don’t lack comprehension issues. I think this video is one that anyone struggling to find a path through NCD will find helpful especially with repetition as we progress.

I’m so thankful for what you’re doing I have health anxiety after an incidental finding of a brain aneurysm two years ago, the dizziness was and still isn’t related to that … but I cannot let go of the fear and have developed so many fears surrounding my body sensations which most of which are normal and always were . I have been able to push through it in the last few months and believe I can improve if I don't allow myself to panic by controlling my breathing. The biggest trigger for me is IBS pain combined with spinal nerve pain which makes my legs and feet numb. When I stand up it I immediately have symptoms of cervical instability and can't stand or walk straight away. I saw a vestibular physiotherapist last week which confirmed it is neck related plus anxiety. $200 AU but I was given balance exercises to do and started going for short walks....pushing through it

Thank you. I was so much better for a few month and everything came back 2 weeks ago. Now I'm trying to begin a new healing routine but it's like it's worse and worse everyday. Maybe the fact that I'm searching for this new routine bring back the high danger mode. Now that I have my goal I will try to work on it without over focusing on it

Hello dr. Yo! First off thank you so much for all the hard work you are putting into helping us, you are such an angel! So I have a question, what if you have done all the digging and found exactly what has led you here emotionally, you clearly see and acknowledge what has led up to your symptoms, but what if you are in a situation that can't really be helped like a caregiving situation or a marriage that has conflict and you don't have the money to seek therapy. Does that mean that you just accept that you won't get better, or are there exercises that can help even those people? So far I haven't seen a video specifically for those individuals going through things like that. Like if you can't be removed from the situation how do you recover while still in it? Can exercises like journaling or doing your free course really be effective for even situations as described above? I would be so thankful if you could make a video addressing this, because I think individuals in this category have the hardest time healing. Or if you have already made a video addressing this please link to it. Also any advice from you would be so appreciated!❤

Thank you! This has been the most helpful and after 3 months of this I feel like I have hope. Really don’t want to take ssri but already have prescription for it from the ENT. Had horrible panic attacks for the last 5 years which led up to this. Just wondering your thoughts on SSRI.
Another great video thank you, I have vestibular migraines and my doctor just wants to put me on awful migraine prevention meds but they make me feel worse, so I've come off all meds but do suffer evert few days with migraine attacks😢 any tips? I also have done your course which helped. But these attacks happen every few days. I don't drink and live a healthy lifestyle. Thank you
I am so sorry you’re still going through this. It’s hard to give specific advice because there are so many ways you could approach this but from my experience, this usually indicates there is still significant fear of symptoms and/or unresolved stress/distress. If it’s fear, try the curable app curable.com/thesteadycoach . If it’s stress/distress, revisit steps 5 and 6 of the course and think about what issues in your current life might be unresolved or still sending your nervous system into danger mode.
I'm not sure what category that I'm in but I have sleep apnea, and I had years of de saturations at night time that have led to vestibular system damage. Just wondering if you have any advice as to what program I should follow, thank you for any help you might have
Hi Ron, very sorry to hear this. I would very strongly suggest working with a good vestibular therapist who can help you determine how to help your brain compensate for the damage to your ears. dizzy.com has a good directory.
It's all about stress in my case: as long as I have the stress under control, I can be in passive motion at the same time; but if I feel stressed and being in passive motion, my Mdds will get triggered. I'm in charge of my mdds, not the other way around. I know how everything works now - feels good. I think people's mdds doesn't disappear because they are still being in passive motion in their daily life, the brain still thinks it should be in that state, that's why they still feel dizzy and it doesn't go away. They have to just chill/relax for a month or two until it disappears, once it's gone you can be in passive motion again, but you have to be assured you're not in a stressed state, if you are, then the mdds will get activated in the brain again.
A pinched nerve does not usually cause PPPD but many people with pppd have neck pain- they are related symptoms that indicate the brain is in “danger mode.” And yes we see paresthesias as well.
Dear Dr Yonit, i hope i might bother u 1 more time with a question😅. I finally see improvement in pppd. My main problem is still eye issues since pppd. However, i noticed that some issues are less. Some are worse but it changed. My last difficulty is a bit the same as Whitney experienced. Looking at trees, grass, flowers, bushes, but also little stones in different colours, shapes on the ground and wide open spaces with sand or grass, are the things that make me feel really bad. I just cant feel steady when i have this a lot around me, and just dont seem to be able to see it sharp/ focused enough. It makes me feel really "off". You also mention this in your video about visual disturbances. So..this is the thing; i dont have to be in these situations all day long. But ofcourse when walking the dog, or go to my horse...i have to go through this. Now my question is; should i try to avoid these visual stimuli now as much as i can? (So i wont add more stress to my brain now, so my brain maybe is better able to go back to a normal state...?..and if i avoid it, maybe that is better than everytime stress sensations when i am in the place with much visual stimuli? And than hope my brain will calm down enough zo i can go in these more busy trees environment?) Or, would you advice to just keep going with normal live, even if that means that i will be in these trees/ nature surroundings with many visual stimuli...even when knowing my brain does not process this well at the moment and will give me the "off" sensation...? And if i should go...than how to do it? Try to relax in it, eventhough it feels so bad? And than hope that my brain will get more calm and calm just by knowing it will all get back to normal again once my brain is relaxed again..? Like, just keep going, even if these situations will feel bad to my brain, but do it as relaxed as i can, so, as the main goal to be as relaxed as i can all the time so my brain in future will finally become less hyperstimulated and when this happens, my brain bu itself will fix the processing issues ( by feeling relaxt, not tired, in danger, stressed anymore), and will be able to be in these busy printes environment again? Really hope to hear your opinion on this! I know i have asked a lot. But a lot you adviced actually already helped me! So hopefully you are able to help me through these last question🙏🥰 . ...

I have a persistent lightheaded, bobble-head like feeling. Problem I have with believing it’s only dizziness is that I feel the same symptom throughout my entire body. This is now accompanied by ear fullness. Wondering if this is normal? I have had every test done and all of the doctors tell me I’m healthy and that it’s anxiety.
This is indeed a tremendous hurdle: Convincing yourself that anxiety is behind this. The intensity and randomness of the symptoms scream that it isn't. It's frustrating and frightening at the same time.

I have been dealing with dissyness. For about 3 years. My Dr's have given me n I help. But put loop monitors in me. Or ent wanting to operate on my nose. Thay will not refer me to someone who will help me. They don't know. But I have improved with help with audiologist. Psychologist. Its takes time. And this has kept me from doing things I love.
I know the dizziness I experience is mostly from nervous system issues (anxiety) but when retraining the brain have you seen anxiety turn to depression as you are progressing?
Very much so. I have an upcoming video about symptom drift that may help, but generally I see mood stuff pop up when we start getting closer to the underlying emotions.

I did VRT exercises for about 1-2 weeks when my symptoms started back in april 2023 then i stopped. After that i started going out, started driving, and have never been house ridden since then. Symptoms are there but i try to manage them through breathing. Do i need VRT or this real life will act as my VRT now? Also, my symptoms started after a panic attack, and before that i’ve been a highly anxious person. Will yoga and meditation work in this?

My main issue is Visually induced dizziness, but i try not to avoid driving or busy environments that can trigger my symptoms. Whenever i feel overwhelmed with the symptoms i get my attention to conscious breathing and that really helps. I have one question, i have to drive around 700kms in coming week. Sometimes my mind send danger signals regarding to it, like what if a panic attack comes in between and stuff. I want to know should i start going on long road trips with taking my breathing weapon in my arsenal , will that help my healing?
Hello! I don’t know if you have seen but Dr Yonit has a newer video Guided Exposure for chronic dizziness! It walks you through confronting the very activity that rises so much anxiety in us. I too struggle terribly with anxiety and full blown panic attacks while driving. This video has helped to boost my confidence in the passenger seat as well as driving on my own. Now, you have a very long drive ahead of you…use the video during times of heightened symptom and awareness. Also I use noise cancelling headphones while in the passenger seat. When I use them in noise cancellation mode, it promotes a sense of calm in myself. Now, I haven’t heard Dr Yo suggests these but it’s just been a tool that’s very helpful for me. Even not on noise cancellation I can use an app or podcast and lower my eyes to shift focus away from visual symptoms. Good Luck! You can do it!!! I have gotten to the point where I can talk myself out of the panic. This took awhile but it is possible!

Veterans Cntr., Maui Medical group has told me I have TBI, VESTIBE DAM., ARTRITIS - NECK, THYROID AND yet I have not been diagnosed for the same debilitating and very hard , i guess, to explain to every Doc I visit cause aint nobody on Maui f'n eager to help me an mine. Hi Dr Yo, why does stress cause brain prediction errors? Is it because it thinks the template in our brain it is predicting is a safe situation and that the current situation we are in is not?? As in if our brain is predicting a standing template when we are sitting is this because our brain thinks standing is safe and sitting isn’t so it is a protective mechanism? I have a hypo function in my right ear and yes I’ve had great success with following Dr. Yo’s course and videos. It’s taken a long time for me personally but everyone is different! With neuro circuit dizziness, is it possible that you don’t feel dizzy when you are laying down or sitting down or that is a symptom of something else? Can anyone answer this?
Dr Yo, My neurologist says I'm dizzy due to medications I take. But I need the medications to help with pain. Is there any way to relieve the dizziness and continue the medication? I'm trying to get off it, but it's a very slow process and the withdrawal is causing more pain Thank you.

I will need to watch some of your other videos because I'm honestly having issues with what you are saying in this video and it just doesn't sound your comments would be very helpful with dizziness issues. It really sounds like you are attempting to deal with vestibular problems in a psychological way instead of a medical way and I don't see how that would be helpful. But I will have to check your other videos out and see if any of them actually help with my vestibular problems because all this video is honestly doing is aggravating me with paycho babble talk and that doesn't help everyone. I hope you can try to understand how myself and some others might feel about this.

I feel this and I'm right there with you. I was in "remission" for almost three years, but I have recently gone back to work, and I think this may have triggered my nervous system stress response, and my symptoms have returned worse than before. Yes, stress (i.e. fear) can be more harmful than most of us realize. It can bring our dormant condition to life. And the older we get, the more vulnerable we are to stress.

I'm doing number 8 and 9. I mean, I'm mostly living a normal life, I go out, I drink, I work, I go to the gym, and I'm fine 90% of the time, just by 1) realizing it was NCD and that there was nothing seriously wrong with me and 2) just living my life, exercising, etc. But when something stressful happens and my emotions go crazy (whether caused by work, relationship/guy stuff) the dizziness comes back which throws me into an anxiety spiral. I just feel like I don't truly believe I'll ever get better, and it all flared up before a flight 3 years ago and so my brain associates flying with dizziness and I havent been able to go on flights longer than 3 hours (and I'm heavily drugged each time). I have the opportunity of a lifetime coming up which involves flying 10 hours and I literally break down just at the thought of it but I'll never forgive myself if I don't go for it. I'm utterly hopeless and don't know how I could possibly be ready to fly if I get this job and have to start October 1st.
I'm sorry, Michelle, though I am happy that most of the time things are a lot better. The way your body deals with stress and strong emotions is telling you that there are some unhealthy programs that your brain is still running. This is really where the work needs to be to get to 100%, based on what you're telling me.

Thank you so much For this Dr Yo.. this has recently happened to me, I was feeling semi normal then bam! Woke up last Wednesday morning to awful dizziness which lingered on for the full day, I actually had to try to sleep sitting up as every time I lay down I was getting shots of adrenaline coursing through my body making me feel like I was moving on the bed, this hasn't happened to me for a few years.. I'm now left feeling really super stimulated.. I thought it was because I had eaten way too many sweet things but thanks to this very timely video I now completely realise that I have issues which need addressed, issues I have been pushing down. This sounds so much like my very recent experience. I assumed I must have caught a bug and was busy taking covid tests! It’s so hard when it comes back like this after a long period of feeling life was back on track

For people with severe 24/7 symptoms, this is extremely difficult to do...but I agree that those kinds of activities help the nervous system and brain recalibrate over time. Worked for me for chronic pain in the past...now if ONLY I had the means to do that with the NCD, this is physically more limiting... crazy, but true.

Once I went deep and found the emotions of anger guilt resentment grief from past events
And sat with them and changed my mindset to what blessings have these events given me

I’ve still away to go with this but when the dizziness ramps up I stop breathe and feel where it is sit with it when did I feel like this before I journal then put a blessing I’ve taken from it and continue with my day

Dr Yo this is brilliant. It has taken me a long time to truly hear, comprehend and internalize the messages here. I have heard them from you many times over the course of my recovery but it has taken me multiple repetitions over time to truly understand. I think that’s probably part of the disorder in operation as I generally don’t lack comprehension issues. I think this video is one that anyone struggling to find a path through NCD will find helpful especially with repetition as we progress.

I have been able to push through it in the last few months and believe I can improve if I don't allow myself to panic by controlling my breathing.
The biggest trigger for me is IBS pain combined with spinal nerve pain which makes my legs and feet numb. When I stand up it I immediately have symptoms of cervical instability and can't stand or walk straight away.
I saw a vestibular physiotherapist last week which confirmed it is neck related plus anxiety.
$200 AU but I was given balance exercises to do and started going for short walks....pushing through it

Hello dr. Yo! First off thank you so much for all the hard work you are putting into helping us, you are such an angel! So I have a question, what if you have done all the digging and found exactly what has led you here emotionally, you clearly see and acknowledge what has led up to your symptoms, but what if you are in a situation that can't really be helped like a caregiving situation or a marriage that has conflict and you don't have the money to seek therapy. Does that mean that you just accept that you won't get better, or are there exercises that can help even those people? So far I haven't seen a video specifically for those individuals going through things like that. Like if you can't be removed from the situation how do you recover while still in it? Can exercises like journaling or doing your free course really be effective for even situations as described above? I would be so thankful if you could make a video addressing this, because I think individuals in this category have the hardest time healing. Or if you have already made a video addressing this please link to it. Also any advice from you would be so appreciated!❤

Another great video thank you, I have vestibular migraines and my doctor just wants to put me on awful migraine prevention meds but they make me feel worse, so I've come off all meds but do suffer evert few days with migraine attacks😢 any tips? I am so sorry you’re still going through this. It’s hard to give specific advice because there are so many ways you could approach this but from my experience, this usually indicates there is still significant fear of symptoms and/or unresolved stress/distress. If it’s fear, try the curable app curable.com/thesteadycoach . If it’s stress/distress, revisit steps 5 and 6 of the course and think about what issues in your current life might be unresolved or still sending your nervous system into danger mode.

I'm not sure what category that I'm in but I have sleep apnea, and I had years of de saturations at night time that have led to vestibular system damage. Just wondering if you have any advice as to what program I should follow, thank you for any help you might have

It's all about stress in my case: as long as I have the stress under control, I can be in passive motion at the same time; but if I feel stressed and being in passive motion, my Mdds will get triggered. I'm in charge of my mdds, not the other way around. I know how everything works now - feels good.
I think people's mdds doesn't disappear because they are still being in passive motion in their daily life, the brain still thinks it should be in that state, that's why they still feel dizzy and it doesn't go away. They have to just chill/relax for a month or two until it disappears, once it's gone you can be in passive motion again, but you have to be assured you're not in a stressed state, if you are, then the mdds will get activated in the brain again.

Hi Dr Yo! Can a pinched nerve in your neck increase sensations from PPPD? Also, have you seen paresthesias in the feet and hands in your clients?
A pinched nerve does not usually cause PPPD but many people with pppd have neck pain- they are related symptoms that indicate the brain is in “danger mode.” And yes we see paresthesias as well.

I finally see improvement in pppd. My main problem is still eye issues since pppd. However, i noticed that some issues are less.
Some are worse but it changed.
My last difficulty is a bit the same as Whitney experienced. Looking at trees, grass, flowers, bushes, but also little stones in different colours, shapes on the ground and wide open spaces with sand or grass, are the things that make me feel really bad. I just cant feel steady when i have this a lot around me, and just dont seem to be able to see it sharp/ focused enough. It makes me feel really "off". You also mention this in your video about visual disturbances. So..this is the thing; i dont have to be in these situations all day long. But ofcourse when walking the dog, or go to my horse...i have to go through this. Now my question is;
should i try to avoid these visual stimuli now as much as i can? (So i wont add more stress to my brain now, so my brain maybe is better able to go back to a normal state...?..and if i avoid it, maybe that is better than everytime stress sensations when i am in the place with much visual stimuli? And than hope my brain will calm down enough zo i can go in these more busy trees environment?)
Or, would you advice to just keep going with normal live, even if that means that i will be in these trees/ nature surroundings with many visual stimuli...even when knowing my brain does not process this well at the moment and will give me the "off" sensation...?
And if i should go...than how to do it?
Try to relax in it, eventhough it feels so bad? And than hope that my brain will get more calm and calm just by knowing it will all get back to normal again once my brain is relaxed again..?
Like, just keep going, even if these situations will feel bad to my brain, but do it as relaxed as i can, so, as the main goal to be as relaxed as i can all the time so my brain in future will finally become less hyperstimulated and when this happens, my brain bu itself will fix the processing issues ( by feeling relaxt, not tired, in danger, stressed anymore), and will be able to be in these busy printes environment again?

I have a persistent lightheaded, bobble-head like feeling. Problem I have with believing it’s only dizziness is that I feel the same symptom throughout my entire body. This is now accompanied by ear fullness.

This is indeed a tremendous hurdle: Convincing yourself that anxiety is behind this. The intensity and randomness of the symptoms scream that it isn't. It's frustrating and frightening at the same time.

I have been dealing with dissyness. For about 3 years. My Dr's have given me n I help. But put loop monitors in me. Or ent wanting to operate on my nose. Thay will not refer me to someone who will help me. They don't know. But I have improved with help with audiologist. Psychologist. Its takes time. And this has kept me from doing things I love.

I know the dizziness I experience is mostly from nervous system issues (anxiety) but when retraining the brain have you seen anxiety turn to depression as you are progressing?
Very much so. I have an upcoming video about symptom drift that may help, but generally I see mood stuff pop up when we start getting closer to the underlying emotions.

I did VRT exercises for about 1-2 weeks when my symptoms started back in april 2023 then i stopped. After that i started going out, started driving, and have never been house ridden since then. Symptoms are there but i try to manage them through breathing.
Do i need VRT or this real life will act as my VRT now? Also, my symptoms started after a panic attack, and before that i’ve been a highly anxious person. Will yoga and meditation work in this?
I typically like to see people do a full 8-12 weeks of VRT if they had ear damage that started the symptoms.

My main issue is Visually induced dizziness, but i try not to avoid driving or busy environments that can trigger my symptoms. Whenever i feel overwhelmed with the symptoms i get my attention to conscious breathing and that really helps.
I have one question, i have to drive around 700kms in coming week. Sometimes my mind send danger signals regarding to it, like what if a panic attack comes in between and stuff. I want to know should i start going on long road trips with taking my breathing weapon in my arsenal , will that help my healing?
Hello! I don’t know if you have seen but Dr Yonit has a newer video Guided Exposure for chronic dizziness! It walks you through confronting the very activity that rises so much anxiety in us. I too struggle terribly with anxiety and full blown panic attacks while driving. This video has helped to boost my confidence in the passenger seat as well as driving on my own. Now, you have a very long drive ahead of you…use the video during times of heightened symptom and awareness. Also I use noise cancelling headphones while in the passenger seat. When I use them in noise cancellation mode, it promotes a sense of calm in myself. Now, I haven’t heard Dr Yo suggests these but it’s just been a tool that’s very helpful for me. Even not on noise cancellation I can use an app or podcast and lower my eyes to shift focus away from visual symptoms. Good Luck! You can do it!!! I have gotten to the point where I can talk myself out of the panic. This took awhile but it is possible!

Veterans Cntr., Maui Medical group has told me I have TBI, VESTIBE DAM., ARTRITIS - NECK, THYROID AND yet I have not been diagnosed for the same debilitating and very hard , i guess, to explain to every Doc I visit cause aint nobody on Maui f'n eager to help me an mine. I got got phys. ther. in 2022 4 same symptoms which i finally rcv. ssi from mid-2023.

Hi Dr Yo, why does stress cause brain prediction errors? Is it because it thinks the template in our brain it is predicting is a safe situation and that the current situation we are in is not?? As in if our brain is predicting a standing template when we are sitting is this because our brain thinks standing is safe and sitting isn’t so it is a protective mechanism? I have a hypo function in my right ear and yes I’ve had great success with following Dr. Yo’s course and videos. It’s taken a long time for me personally but everyone is different! Dr Yo, My neurologist says I'm dizzy due to medications I take. But I need the medications to help with pain. Is there any way to relieve the dizziness and continue the medication? I'm trying to get off it, but it's a very slow process and the withdrawal is causing more pain

I will need to watch some of your other videos because I'm honestly having issues with what you are saying in this video and it just doesn't sound your comments would be very helpful with dizziness issues. It really sounds like you are attempting to deal with vestibular problems in a psychological way instead of a medical way and I don't see how that would be helpful.
