Their is know doubt fingers carr was a great player,only turner stood next to him in these commercial rag recordings,and he was maybe even more creative.. I meet Mr Carr years ago,and now I feel honored to have met him .by the way ray turner was also really a incredible player. As a older pianist I've also realized ,especially threw piano rolls,that in the 20s and 30s their were more great players then I thought were possible,for every j p Johnson there were hundreds that if not in his league of course were still great players....
