Oh if you’re wondering why the Jurassic park movies say pteranodon and never say pterodactyl. It’s because pterodactyl is the informal term for pterosaurs. And also the T. rex with the horn is an actual dinosaur called a ceretosaurus.
I think the reason why the Spinosaurus was so fixated on the group was out of "revenge" because as the were taking off in the plane the nicked the Spinosaurus's Sail on it's back which is where the blood on the windshield came from, not the guy who got eaten but from the dinosaur itself. So it's after them out of pride I guess, like the equivalent of someone who took pride in their appearance (hair or makeup for example) only to be ruined by someone else
That’s rather sentient. But then again these are creatures who’s mental behavior we know literally nothing about and we can only pretty much speculate on.
I actually have a theory that there were two Spinosaurs and they were mates. When the plane hit the back of the other one (the one that killed cooper) it messed up it’s spine and wound up dying. When Grant and the others find the Trex we actually see it eating the carcass. Fueled by revenge for its fallen mate it hunts Grant and the others relentlessly.
The Jurassic World trilogy is a lot like the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Because they both started out pretty strong with the first installments ( JW, TFA ) then crashed with ( JWD & TROS ).
I knew there was an age gap between Laura and Sam but just learn how big of an age gap. She was 24 to 25 and he was close to 50. Might be the reason the romance ended and didn’t reignite until Dominion, almost 30 years later
30:46 Thor: the dark world does have significance though it introduced the aether/reality stone which plays a significant role and Loki posing as Odin had significance since due to the real Odin being on earth, severed from his powers, he died a mortal which accelerated Helas return
14:27 - 14:55 Current attitude over MCU Phase hero replacements. Disney/Marvel Execs: "🙄😅Oh, look at that. Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Ant-Man, & Hawkeye are gone. Now you have to love Captain Falcon, She-Hulk, Kate Bishop, Cassie Lang, and Riri Williams." Fans: "🥺We don't want to!" Disney/Marvel Execs: "😡YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!"
Only to a degree. Mostly depends on the story and what internal logic it set up. For something like the Jurassic Park franchise, if the writers keep trying to test the audience's sense of disbelief, then more and more people will see less of a reason to commit to it. Most people don't want to feel like the writers don't care about what they're working on.

Fun fact: This movie stained my memories of Barney and I have legit hated him ever since.
And that’s not on the movie. The movie did it well!!

23:35 The name of the dinosaur is Ceratosaurus and apparently they used a modified T. rex model according to the DVD commentary.

I agree
Great video
You do realize that plot is more important than logic and common sense in story telling, right?

8:57 the critic should have made a Fargo joke in that scene.
