I discovered your videos and I have been watching them almost daily. There are numerous things I love about them but most of all I’m so happy you are Christian! Your family must be very proud of you. For me your videos are encouraging and inspirational. Although I am 70 yrs old I still want to be encouraged to push on every day even when I want to be lazy. Love your enthusiasm for learning and how you take care of your physical and mental health. I enjoy seeing what you prepare for meals. Everything about your area you live and travel is so interesting. I have never travelled to another country except Canada and Mexico. Actually living in another country must be overwhelming at first but you have worked so hard to be successful and I would say you have accomplished that with the help of God. I have watched almost all your video's Lou and you really do eat a very healthy diet. Love watching you make your food. My mom is from Japan and the food reminds me of her. I have been to Japan now 2 times each for 14 days and just love Japan. So many things to do and see. I walked a lot and visited many temples there. Beautiful.

I just found your channel and love how relaxing your videos are. As someone with low thyroid though, please take some thyroid medication. Vitamins aren’t going to be enough to replace losing half your thyroid and your body not producing enough thyroid hormone for you to function. That’s why you’re always tired and feel sad at times.

Very nice relaxing vlog 😊 The trains must be fun to travel. Here we have a Kia good on gas no complaints. Our Van we took here to Albuquerque NM was stolen on the third day here. My heart was in my mouth. Everything I owned was in the Van. The police told us that Albuquerque has a high thief on stealing cars. My Mom was with us and gave me her clothes, which I still wear today. My Mom took all her clothes out of the Van when we got to the Hotel. To say I was heartbroken is an understatement 💔 😞. All of Keith's college bound books were in that Van too. All of our clothing Gone!! The Van was parked right under our window too. UGU!!! After that happened my Mom went back to Tucson where my siblings are there living off of hugh spouses trust funds. My Mom's dog was with us, a Yorkie named Suki, she gave us soo much love at that time. I will never forget her. This happened in 2019 and I have not talked to my siblings or Mom. We just separated. You live and learn I guess! Joan ❤❤❤
