No tthat anyone cares but if you listen to the Directors commentary on Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 the studio completely screwed Mr. Zombie. I'm really surprised they let him say some of the stuff he said. They cut his shooting days so much for the scope that he had that you can hear the anger yet defeat in his voice.
Halloween 4 is just different. The opening along invokes so much autumn spirit, and not in a cute childish way. That cold, biting, windy unforgiving side of Halloween. The imagery of the barn that offered no shelter. The slightly rotting pumpkin scarecrow with an axe. The dusty dirty hanging decorations.
And honestly idk what it is about the mask, but the fact that there's little to no features (even less than the og mask) scares me more than the original

I don't know man, maybe it was because I was 17 when it came out, but I fucking live H20. It had some great sequences and it's my personal favorite Laurie performance.
I haven’t had cereal in forever so I ordered cutting out carbs is the worst. I am also rewatching the Halloween franchise right now with a Halloween virgin. He wanted to start with rob zombies I was like let me teach you the ways of our people child.
Great video Mike thanks for making my day even better.😊 Funny thing is my sister and sister in-law have recently started eating magic spoon cereal and they to say it's amazing so I've asked to if they could if possible send a box or two to the UK so I can give it a try if it's good for your health then that's good enough for me. As I am trying to lose weight by eating healthy meals and hitting the gym alot more.
H6 and H5 get such disrespect. H5 lighting, that murkiness, sticks with me as do Danielle and Donald’s performances. But H6 just encapsulates a 90s Halloween. The darkness and brutality, the cinematography in the rainy shot outside Loomis’ house, the bus station, the basement, the final act room, it just feels very industrial and bleak. I get a Grungy yet also NIN vibe from it that I love, and Brother Cane probably helps that. And the shadow on the wall at the bus station through the rainy window is as iconic and scary a franchise scene as any IMO. Fun Fact: I love that Anthony Michael Hall and Jonathan Chapin ( H5 Mike) who shared a scene in 80s classic 16 Candles are both Halloween alums now.
Agree 💯 about the Halloween 4 it captures so much compared to other Halloween movies. If H4 had a Nick Castle or James jude Courtney and the H1 mask it in my opinion would be the best or very close 2nd to the original

Sorry, but Rob Zombie's H2 is that absolute WORST Halloween movie in the entire franchise for me!!! The only good part is the nightmare sequence at the beginning! As far as I'm concerned, the movie should have ended right as Michael buried that ax right into Laurie's skull!!!
Never give up the fight for Halloween 6 respect Mike!! Love that goddamn movie. Also love how they say Resurrection fails to recapture the magic as if they didn’t shit on every other sequel anyways lmao.
I would rank them as follows: 1 Halloween (1978) 2 Halloween 4 The Return Of Michael Myers 3 Halloween Kills 4 Halloween (2018) 5 Halloween The Curse Of Michael Myers 6 Halloween H20 7 Halloween II (1981) 8 Halloween 5 The Revenge Of Michael Myers 9 Halloween Resurrection 10 Halloween III Season Of The Witch 11 Halloween (2007) 12 Halloween II (2009)
I would love to see Halloween Returns in 2028. Or a sequel to Halloween 6 (Theatrical Cut) or a sequel to Halloween: Resurrection (Halloween 9) or a prequel to Halloween III: Season Of The Witch. I think it would be cool if they did a anthology series about Dr. Loomis. I wouldn’t mind seeing Halloween: Bad Blood get made. My idea was to make a Psycho II (1983) type of film with Allyson. If they did a anthology series with Allyson you could call it Halloween: Generations.
As a big fan of Halloween 4, I’ve always loathed both Halloween 5 and 6. In H6’s case, I don’t think great atmosphere or Paul Rudd justifies the numerous atrocities both versions commit against the franchise. The cult BS,Jamie’s horrid treatment, the terrible send off for Dr. Loomis as well as the fact that this was Donald Pleasence’s last film makes it an overall depressing watch. Great video though
@@Blast2224 Same here. If H4 had been the final appearance of Dr.Loomis, I totally would’ve been fine. Him snapping completely upon the realization that Michael’s evil lives on without him would’ve been a fitting end. Also Jamie turning evil is a happy ending for her compared to H6.

Visually, RZ Halloween 2 is beautiful. The score is great. The kills are brutal. Say what you want about the movie as a whole but there are definitely good qualities. I think most people are just blinded by hate. Halloween resurrection? Some fun chase scenes and the score is good lol. The Michael mask is also better than some of the other movies. Halloween 5. I completely agree that Curse is the worst in the series. Unlike Resurrection, Curse continues to shit all over a great sequel (H4) and nearly killed the franchise.
@@mtb5431 The theatrical cut is just so incomprehensible. I still don't understand what the cult was even doing. Now the Producer's Cut is actually coherent. But it's got that weird twist where Michael is revealed to be the father of Jamie's baby (Michael Myers impregnated his own niece, and they call the Rob Zombie version a redneck). Plus no matter which version you go by, I hate the entire Cult Of Throne plot, reducing Michael Myers to a lacky. Now Halloween Resurrection is bad. But atleast it's laughably bad. I get more entertainment laughing at how bad it is, then Curse Of Michael Myers.
I think you need to rank on Micahel. Is he scary/imposing. Obviously Halloween 78, 2018 was great, Halloween kills I think was really good but story was iffy. Original Halloween 2 was good with nostalgic view. Same with Halloween 4 and 6. Great because we love them from our childhood. Zombies Halloween was good for what it was and Tylor Maine was awesome. Halloween 5 was not good, Zombie's Halloween 2 was a fucking awful trainwreck, H20 was to high gloss and polished but a good story. And, Halloween 3 season of the witch was a good movie but it should not have been a "Halloween " movie
My favorites in order are. Halloween Halloween 2 Halloween 2018 Halloween Kills Halloween 3 because its own thing Halloween 6 mainly because of the mask Halloween 4 good story weird mask Halloween 5 just because RZ Halloween Halloween H20 RZ Halloween 2 and lastly Halloween Resurrection I think Ends will probably end up being behind kills when it's out. I also think rotten tomatoes is garbage most of the time.
I just bought the extended Halloween kills cut so now I have them all but I'm still not going to watch the extended version till October when I watch them all for the new one.
WHATS UP MIKE! If I had to rank Halloween movies by Michael himself it would be for me 1. Halloween 2. Halloween 2018 3. Halloween kills 4. Halloween 2 5. Halloween 6 6. Halloween 2007 7. Halloween 4 8. Halloween h20 9. Halloween resurrection 10. Halloween 5 11. Halloween 2 (2009) Then just ranked by my favorite/best Movies (in my opinion) 1. Halloween 2. Halloween 2 3. Halloween 2018 4. Halloween 6 5. Halloween kills 6. Halloween 4 7. Halloween h20 8. Halloween 3 9. Halloween 2007 10. Halloween 5 11. Halloween resurrection 12. Halloween 2 2009
You and I are horror movies lovers. Do not expect the rating of our very favorite movies to get high. Keep up the gore, violence, nude and simple plotline, please.
Wait...which version? They didn't split them into two, so are the critics upset about the two versions or are they discussing one or the other? Or did I miss something?
I’m mad that both the critics and audience were disrespectful towards Halloween 6. Yes it was very convoluted and everything but it had the most scariest and creepiest Michael Myers ever. Zombie’s H2 and resurrection should be tied for the worst. I felt like the original Halloween 2 was disrespectful too minus a few setbacks(JLC’s wig), it does a good job continuing on the night three years after the release of the original and it had one of the best Michael Myers deaths ever.
enjoyed the video Mike buddy!! 👍 that breakfast cereal in the beginning of the video looked good!! definitely trust the fans when comes to Halloween 🎃 movies over the critics seems like all need to do to be a critic is say it isn’t as good as the original
I think the best masks in the series are 78 2018 and Kills and possibly Ends i have a feeling michael will get a new white mask in that one probably steals it from a halloween shop. But 5 is the worst for the mask no scratch that robs h2 is the worst cause he basically has no mask. But 6 is okay definitely a step up from 5 but he looks a little puffy in the face his nose is a little big as well in the mask certain angles make it look strange but overall not the worst mask.
Halloween 1978 Halloween 2 Halloween 2018 Halloween kills Halloween 4 return of Micheal Myers Halloween H20 I don't care about 6 that much and resurrection was pretty funny as a kid but it sucks
Halloween 1 (1978) Halloween Kills Halloween 18 then Halloween 2 are the best for me, im a huge franchise fan its my fav of all time. Halloween 78 is my #1 movie ever. Halloween 4 if it had Myers mask from 1978 it would of probably been up over Halloween 2 for me. Halloween 4 had it all just a pretty crappy Michael who is the star of the movie!! But to have Halloween 6 at 9% is a joke. Rob zombies H2 was a 1% rating from me, it was absolute garbage and it nearly destroyed the franchise. Halloween resurrection was terrible but not as bad, but the online thing was cool just poorly executed it could of been great if done correctly, as it was just the start of the live streaming era, how eerie some of the shots could of been!

11. Rz Halloween 2
12. Halloween 5
Sorry Halloween 6 is low I love it tho I only hate the last 4
I wonder what the highest rated horror movie is on RT
For me, worst to best (my opinion)
Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers
Halloween Resurrection
Halloween 2 (2009)
Halloween 5: The Revenge Of Michael Myers
Halloween III: Season Of The Witch
Halloween H20: 20 Years Later
Halloween (2007)
Halloween 4: The Return Of Michael Myers
Halloween Kills
Halloween II (1981)
Halloween (2018)
Halloween (1978)
Halloween 6 is absolutely the best possible Halloween 6 that could have followed the Halloween 5 we got.

I think Ends will probably end up being behind kills when it's out. I also think rotten tomatoes is garbage most of the time.
I just bought the extended Halloween kills cut so now I have them all but I'm still not going to watch the extended version till October when I watch them all for the new one.
I like it. Tease yourself.

Mine would be in the order they were presented except resurrection would be the last one on the list and HKills would be second last.
Hey WWAM! Love your videos! 🎃🔪
Sup Andrew! Thanks!
You and I are horror movies lovers. Do not expect the rating of our very favorite movies to get high. Keep up the gore, violence, nude and simple plotline, please.
How it should actually be, in my opinion
1. Halloween 100-98%
2. Halloween 2 90-84%
3. Halloween 2018 80%
4. Halloween 4 76%
5. Halloween Kills 70%
6. Halloween 6 64-56%
7. Halloween 3 57-51%

9. Halloween 2007 45%
10. Halloween 5 35%
11. Halloween 2 2009 17%
12. Halloween Res 7%
The 6th movie is my favorite hands down then Halloween Kills and then the original.
Did yall talk to former wwf manager jim cornette about magic spoon cereal?
Captain Planet he’s our hero gonna take pollution down to 0!!!
I unashamedly love the hell out of Halloween 6 and wholeheartedly concur that critics can suck it!
It's a Halloween fans movie imo I'm not surprised the critics didn't like it but 9% is rooouuugh
For me its 3: Halloween Kills, 2: Halloween 4, and of course at the top is Halloween 1978
I liked the movie and the ending made sense more than the Alternate one
enjoyed the video Mike buddy!! 👍 that breakfast cereal in the beginning of the video looked good!! definitely trust the fans when comes to Halloween 🎃 movies over the critics seems like all need to do to be a critic is say it isn’t as good as the original
No way H6 is at the bottom of the list, and the soundtrack “When Fools Shine On” is a great tune!
Amazing song
MY rating list is called "Pickled Cucumbers" and there Halloween II from 1981 tops. Those Rotten Tomatoes seem pretty strange.
I like it!

Shoot me a message on patreon amigo! Ill get ya fixed!
@@WeWatchedAMovie just did! Thanks man. It's not a big deal. Just happened to notice it as the credits were rolling.
A little bit after this video came out, Halloween Kills went down to 39%, which it shouldn’t be
You should do an audience score video.. that’s what really matters.
Stay till the end I did lol
@@WeWatchedAMovie lol, yeah, I’m still watching.
Ok, I’m gonna wait till the end of the videos before I put my comments out there from now on. Lol
He did
I think the best masks in the series are 78 2018 and Kills and possibly Ends i have a feeling michael will get a new white mask in that one probably steals it from a halloween shop. But 5 is the worst for the mask no scratch that robs h2 is the worst cause he basically has no mask. But 6 is okay definitely a step up from 5 but he looks a little puffy in the face his nose is a little big as well in the mask certain angles make it look strange but overall not the worst mask.

I don't care about 6 that much and resurrection was pretty funny as a kid but it sucks
I think you've got it right.
Nice haircut Mike.
