Thank you very much for this amazing job which is why I have become able to create a project. And, the major issue I am dealing with is instead of "Get Blank Form" there is "Download form" in the interface, but the downloads fail as long as I try to download the form. And, the detail of the issue is; A disk error occurred on the device while downloading this form. If you keep having this problem, report it to the person who asked you to collect." But, I am the owner of this project. So, can you please help me out? Thank you!
Yes now in this updated KOBO version the option is "Download form". The issue that you mentioned is due to the form deployement. You need to deploy the form from KOBO Laptop/browser version.

Is there an option to create multiple users for enumerators? I have tried to do on the server but to no avail. Any assistance will be much appreciated.
Yes you can do that. Simple way is to create account for each user in KOBO and then through share you can share the form with them. But the best way is to create one account for data collectors and share the form with that data collector account and ask all data collector to get form from the account that you created for them. These are only in the KOBO app, sent items or you can to website kobo as mentioned in video and doanload the excel csv file
