Just had to lower my SSRI because I was hypomanic. I think it was about a month ago today? But yeah. It’s important to listen to your body. I still struggle with drinking, but I usually drink lower alcohol percentages and I rarely get drunk. Still I wish I could quit altogether.
It’s great that you’re aware of these things! Despite the fact that I knew drinking wasn’t good for me, I continued to do it (albeit much less) for YEARS. I only stopped drinking completely last summer. Everything in your own time. ❤

What was the wonder drug?
For me it was lithium. Apparently I’ve read that it works really well for 1/3 of people with bipolar.
