Mam my opinion dosa tawa pure iron tawa best . But kadai may be good. I think this kadai looking aluminium.
Lalitha Ramasamy.. I use iron Kadai a lot.. I already added a video about that.. It is very tasty and good for health. But even then, this Dosa Tawa is too good than iron..
This is really good, if u use it ones, then u ll feel the difference, Aluminium get the heat soon , but this one it will take time. It is the mixture of some five metals

ganesan meera.. Welcome.. You should wash iron Tawa well using steel scrub before every use. Even though it gives dark color to the dish. But it will not affect the dish.. Taste and health.. It is good for health.. I already told in my iron vessels video..

Hi aunty, my mom is in Dharmapuri, This Kadai n tawa making man use to come n sell in streets, he used to come from Salem only, before 8 to9 years itself my mom got three size of kadai for me before my marriage itself, because on that time itself he told that he ll be stop doing this because of labour shortage.

Hai.. I don't have any problem, even my relatives, many of our subscribers bought this and saying no problem.. You just put kanji over it for hole day and wash..
You should wait till to heat.. It takes little more time to get heat.. Sprinkle water and check it is heat.. Then make dosa.. Dosa mavu should be in room temperature.. Not chill..

Hai.. Wash well using dish wash soap.. Pour rice cooked kangj over it and keep it aside for hole day.. Again wash well.. Heat it, apply gingerly oil, using Onion to spread.. Make thick dosa,.. Don't eat the first dosa.. Again, season with oil and make dosa.. Now it is ready.. Make sure that the batter in room temperature..
