This is best for PvE so a nerf for this mantra is just going to make frost worse until they rework the base frost as half the mantras do not apply chilling and even if they do it's for a very short duration.
@@lukasagi5092 more of a bug fix but the rifle bullet in the crit didn't give correct parry stun which meant you could m1 right after the crit, and they nerfed a lot about gun bullets this weekly as well

its not really that strong if the player holds block and doesnt get hit its instantly canceled (does need a cd nerf though)
its prob goated for all things pve
