Grace, I think one reason why you are one of my very favorite You-tubers is because you use your journals to record everyday happenings and your special memories and not just make pretty pages. I do the same in a similar scrapbook-y style. Journaling about a loved one is so therapeutic. I have saved so many things about my mother and want to put it all together in one book, but that seems so overwhelming! I think I might start using those momentos and use them throughout my journals. It always makes me happy to see one of your videos pop up! ❤
Thank you so much for your lovely comment 🩵 totally understand about the idea of one dedicated journal/book for a loved one being overwhelming, I would feel exactly the same!
Gorgeous pages as usual Grace. Love hearing your stories and I always find myself nodding along when you go on a rant lol x TFS x
thanks you for sharing your bittersweet memories with use. Sweet ones are easier I feel
It's good how you speed up the work and do the voice over... it makes the whole video totally watchable. Thx, dear.
Well this was spooky watching your first pages today as we are currently in the Yorkshire Dales on holiday! Not sure if we’ve encountered your particular happy place but it’s definitely a very beautiful area for exploring. I loved the roses too and your reference to dear Sam. I’m horrified that people use photos in this appalling way so glad you didn’t add that on camera. Thank you for a lovely video today and take care x
Aaah I’m so jealous! Hope you’re having the best time! It’s on the road past Grinton Lodge, one of the ways to get to Leyburn from Reeth. I’d love to hear about the places you went - I also love Aysgarth Falls, and the Ingleton Waterfalls Walk, oh and the Buttertubs! So many beautiful places!
Love the pages and hearing your stories behind them. Thanks so much.
Glad you like them! 🩵
Lovely pages, especially the one for your brother xcc
Thanks so much!💜
Love your tattoo ❤
Thanks ☺️
Great video- I loved the tat.
Thank you 🩵
Love your videos so happy to hear your voice again. I notice you’re using the glossy accent adhesive is that your go to for your journals? Sending hugs from California xx
Only for things that are more difficult to stick down, like fabric. It’s just more handy than having to get out a pot of gel medium when I’m only sticking down one or two tricky things. My go to will always be a glue stick 🙂
@@mspaperlover thanks for the tip on the fabric I’ll have to try that. I usually use it for a small embellished piece. I’ve seen some paper crafters use it as a glossy enamel dot
