Agreed Graham, looks good but I would never pay that price for a tin of soup when I can make a pot ten times tastier with the weekends vegetable shopping. Good honest review bro👍
Good Morning Robert, thank you for the comment - I agree home made is always better and this effort from Heinz was very poor ! have a great Monday Bro :-)
Good Morning Kate, thank you for the comment - it is not often I visit the bigger supermarkets so I had not seen this before - to be honest it is very poor - no flavour and certainly not creamy ! such a shame as I had high hopes for it ! wishing you a Lovely Sunday :-)
I was looking at that earlier on the Iceland website but I won't bother now I have seen your review it's too expensive anyway supermarket own brand soup is just as good if not better and only 62p a time. I like the Sainsbury's potato and leek soup that one is certainly worth trying or the Batchelor's cuppa soup version also very good Lidl used to do a lentil and bacon soup that was very good but I think they have discontinued it probably wasn't a big seller but it was very good plenty of flavour .
Good Morning MansfieldLad, thank you for the comment - This is a very poor product in my opinion ! it has no flavour and is watery rather than creamy - I like Potato and Leek soup but this was nothing like it ! The Supermarket home brands are far better than Heinz - I have just bought some Ainsley Harriot cup a soups hopefully they will be better than this Heinz one - we live and learn ! Have a great Sunday :-)
Thanks for the heads up I think I will avoid it. Heinz is rather expensive now. Getting ridiculous prices now. I buy cuppa soup now it’s cheaper. Just fill the kettle to add the hot water. Saves putting on a hob or microwave. Better off with supermarket brands.
Good Morning William , thank you for the comment - I was very disappointed with this Heinz product and the only reason I bought it was because I had not seen it before ! it was totally flavourless with the consistency of dishwater - Heinz are overpriced and overrated in my opinion ! I have just bought some Ainsley Harriot cup a soups which are quite good at £0.89p ! have a great Monday :-)
