The outro supporting charities was great, but it was nice to see the classic "Time to Pay the Price" return. And the family enjoying the festival together--heartwarming!
Jackson dancing every time he eats is just adorable!! What a sweet little memory! My kids are 15 & 12 and it’s amazing how much u forget about your kids at younger ages. It will be such a precious memory for u two! ❤️
So happy to see the fan outro return, this was missed by all of us! Also loved Jackson’s reactions to all the food lol. I may be similar to you guys when it came to some of those selections but I don’t know for sure lol. As always stay safe and god bless you 3! Much love and respect from New York!!
I believe that ratatouille was a peasant dish. So poorer people who had vegetables from their garden and just a few ingredients would make it and it was a filling dish.
All three of you are wonderful food critics. But I think Carly is right, its intentionally plain? I've made ratatouille before, and it specifically stated no seasoning. So weirdly, I think Disney made it right, even if it is bland
I think you're right. If you remember the film, Ego has a flashback to when his mother made ratatouille for him, and they are clearly in some kind of farm house or otherwise humble abode. Ratatouille in the film symbolizes being good despite humble origins, and that's what Remy is: good (talented) despite his humble origins as a rat.
Your videos have gotten me through this pandemic. Ive been busy rewatching all your Playlists. We're even planning our next vacations based off of things you all have done. Love it ❤
Colette in Ratatouille even commented that it was a peasant dish and definitely not her first choice for the food critic, but Remy knew where to hit his senses to bring out his empathic side.
Our daughter Poppy absolutely LOVES watching Jackson! She's two and half and watches your vlogs just after dinner. "Ah Buddy' is her new favourite thing to say! Ha x
The point of the ratatouille in the film was that it was “simple” and “plain” ratatouille where the flavours of the vegetables can be enjoyed and not masked or overpowered.
It is cooked long and slow to bring out the natural sugars. The fact that is a simple dish it is often awful when shortcuts are taken. Many versions do taste like steamed vegtables with a splash of tomato .
Exactly. That is why, when Remy brought out the recipe, Collette was skeptical. She called it a "Peasant Dish" because it is basically inexpensive or leftover ingredients thrown in a pot.
Jenn thank you for going inside the picture frame, I’ve never been to festivals and no one has ever shown that. Best comment ever:” they have to make it look pretty because it doesn’t taste good.”
So glad I could recommend to get the olive oil base when eating the ratatouille! And so glad I got to see you all the other day Jackson is so adorable!
Tim, I love Jenn's voice. I love how clear she is when she talks. Usually when vloggers take their wife, they're not really good at talking at all so it makes the video really boring, but I just love how Jenn talks!! I love yours and her voice a lot when you guys talk. This is why I still watch this channel. She is not too simple when she talks about the food.
We saw you guys there that day, we were the family that went up to you when you were eating the deconstructed Ruben and cheesecake. It was nice meeting you guys.
I haven't watched since I was planning the first time taking my kids to Disney. Im widowed with 3 kiddos, so I had to be really careful with planning, money, timing sin e it'll be forever before I can afford it again. Your disneyland one convinced me thats what we wanted to do! We went march 2019, so I had seen a vid about you guys not having kids. I thought to myself, these guys are made to be a mom and dad, I bet the universe just wanted them to have a long time together first. You remind me of my relationship w my husband...we were inseparable. Anyway, so happy for you. Jackson is so cute! And watching these videos makes me want to start a disney fund again...but still makes me feel happy to watch! Thanks for what you do!
You guys are Amazing thanks you for being so honest and sharing Jackson w us since birth he is getting so big so fast the little buddy priceless GOD bless you all 🥰
Boy what a fun time I got to hang out with the to best food reviewers in Orlando and I must say you guys always work so well together tasting the different food items you got and the way you guys interact with each other about what you thought of your food and the way you guys describe each food item in such detail an I can’t get enough of you guys you truly are the best and I will have to say the new fountain is awesome and I’m so glad you both are happy with it also I can’t wait for you guys to go back and hopefully show a lot more of the art and I hope you guys get to paint some squares so you both can be a part of the mural so with that thanks so much for a beautiful day at Epcot Festival of the Arts so with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Tim Jenn and Jackson and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure also please be safe out there
I absolutely love watching Tim and Jenn eating around the Epcot festivals - is that strange? ahh well 👀😅 it makes me so hungry! Jackson melts my heart everytime I see him 🥺❣️ hope everyone is safe and well! ✨ xxx
I love how Jackson dances when he tries a food and likes it. It's like the flavor reaches his soul and the only way to express how good it was is through interpretive dance 😂. This is the only festival I haven't been to before but it will happen...oh yes...it will happen lol. Huge hugs and love to you guys xoxo
Thanks, Trackers. I started following you after booking our first Disney trip and seeing your tour of the Contemporary Resort. Then CoVID happened and we had to postpone indefinitely. Seeing all your videos had totally changed my plans for whenever we visit. Thanks for all you do, you guys have been so helpful.
When Tim tried the Rose Dessert I was so hoping he would say it tastes like pepperoni! In my head he made that joke and it was amazing! Have a great day! Love the videos!
Loved seeing all the treats and I can’t wait to see you go back and try more! Also love the art you got. Seeing all the different pieces really makes me want to make some are of my own! Thanks for a wonderful vlog!
Tim: I don’t like the rose. Jenn: I don’t like the rose, I think they made it so pretty because they knew it was not good. Let’s give Jackson some!! 😂🤣
I am so agreeing with Tim about the Ratatouille dish! The lamb at the Moroccan pavilion is so delicious, also the meatball from the Chinese pavillion! You should try it next time! Jackson is so cuteee. We love the Art pieces you got!
The: "You were there you heard him say it," comment got me good. I'm still laughing because that is exactly something I expect my boyfriend to say to me.🤣🤣🤣
Me and my partner love watching your videos after our last visit to Florida in 2019 and we can’t wait to get back there, but...for now we visit the parks vicariously through you both :) Love from all in the UK!
Ive been watching y'all for a couple years now and I can say I'm officially jealous/ envious of you guys. Keep up the great post and hopefully my wife and I can be at disney in may.
Love the mask, Jenn. Love all the art, and especially the chalk art - SO much talent! I've only done Food & Wine, but I'd love to try Festivals of the Holidays and Arts sometime. I do miss the Festival of the Masters, which this was supposed to replace. That panna cotta rose was gorgeous - too bad it wasn't more "pistachio-y", I LOVE anything pistachio. Jenn - You did a great job staying "gateau", which is the French word for "cake". "They had to make it beautiful so you'd buy it, because they knew it didn't taste that great" - ROTFL, Jenn - BRAVO!! :) Love Jackson's "I love this rose" dance! :) Very pretty Marie pint, Jenn! Socially distanced hugs to all 3 of of you, and happy and healthy New Year! Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!
When it comes to cheesecake bottoms, there is a recipe that my wife used once with sugar cookie and sprinkles and it wasn't to bad, but if making a cheesecake make with graham crackers, brownie, oreos, and even the real New York Junior Cheesecake bottom is a sponge cake. We live in New York; my wife is originally for downstate (by NYC) and we live in upstate. My wife who never made a cheesecake in her life due to not being able to eat it makes a few a year for family and friends; her most popular one is from the Delish website and it is the Triple Chocolate or Death by Chocolate; she couldn't remember the name. This site has some really good recipes for baking and food in general. If you are planning on making a cheesecake my wife suggests putting the crust mixture in your springform and baking for 10 minutes before actual cooking, this will help set it up before mixture. Also when filling is in springform, wrap aluminum foil on the outside of spring form so that the hat water bath you will put it in will not get into spring form. Use your big cast Iron to put spring form in and then add hot water. Depending on which cheesecake you go with the baking time might be different, but usually it calls for 90 minutes; 60 of it cooking and after the 60 mark shut off oven and open oven door slightly to let it keep cooking. And my wife highly suggests that you don't worry about your dieting and want to cut corners by buying low fat cream cheese; it isn't the same! lol. If any questions or need guidance my wife is more than willing to help :-) Jeremey and Jen Prosser
The point of Ratatouille is breaking down peoples notions of “poorer” people/things/etc. Ratatouille is a peasant dish. It’s not about being the best, it’s about showing who you are.
i love making strawberry cheesecake pizza. Make and cook a big sugar cookie and let it cool. Whip together cream cheese and sugar (sweetened to your preferred taste) and smash together strawberries with sugar (like what is used on strawberry shortcake). Once the big sugar cookie is cooled.... smear the whipped cream cheese mix on the sugar cookie and then put the smashed strawberries on top. You can drizzle chocolate on top if you want.

Oh my goodness I love, "it's time to pay the price!"
It absolutely warms my heart when Jackson does his lil dancey dance after eating 😭❤️ Love these videos!
Jackson dancing every time he eats is just adorable!! What a sweet little memory! My kids are 15 & 12 and it’s amazing how much u forget about your kids at younger ages. It will be such a precious memory for u two! ❤️
His little dance is too cute love watching Jackson grow every video thank u for bringing us with y'all.
Jackson is such a good eater! He’s like a little baby foodie and it’s adorable!
The way EPCOT prepares the dish...well its just boring and blah. Jenn you are a wonderful food-critic.
Alternate video title: Tim reflects on his childhood growing up in the countryside of France 😂😂😂 that rant was hilarious
I love Jackson’s little happy dance when he’s eating. So cute!
Your videos have gotten me through this pandemic. Ive been busy rewatching all your Playlists. We're even planning our next vacations based off of things you all have done. Love it ❤
Jackson dancing in the outro is just the cutest thing ever.
Made me smile from ear to ear
Colette in Ratatouille even commented that it was a peasant dish and definitely not her first choice for the food critic, but Remy knew where to hit his senses to bring out his empathic side.
Jackson dancing makes my day. He’s such a cutie! 😊
Our daughter Poppy absolutely LOVES watching Jackson! She's two and half and watches your vlogs just after dinner. "Ah Buddy' is her new favourite thing to say! Ha x
Jen: Wanna get something to eat?
When does Tim not want to eat at Disney? I mean same! I love the food!
Many versions do taste like steamed vegtables with a splash of tomato .
i know i was playing around, got it clearly!
Exactly. That is why, when Remy brought out the recipe, Collette was skeptical. She called it a "Peasant Dish" because it is basically inexpensive or leftover ingredients thrown in a pot.
That doesn't mean Epcot is serving a good version of it. lol
Yeah, plus Brad Bird said that Ratatouille is not really a very special dish, but the word play was just too perfect to let it pass
"I get zero pistachio"
"Well, that is the green stuff on the plate."
Actual lol
Jenn thank you for going inside the picture frame, I’ve never been to festivals and no one has ever shown that. Best comment ever:” they have to make it look pretty because it doesn’t taste good.”
Found it really interesting that they added a blanket to Venus to cover her bits and bobs. Good job Disney keeping it PG!
A whirly gig? Thats a new one to me...I always called it a pinwheel..lol
I literally had to google it because I thought I had been calling it wrong my whole life. Lol.
Came here to say that same thing. Never heard of “whirly gig” before!
Jackson eating and dancing has made my day. He's so cute.
It's awesome that you get to try all of these cool foods at Disney, Jackson liked them too. When he likes it he wiggles & dances in his Stroller.
So glad I could recommend to get the olive oil base when eating the ratatouille! And so glad I got to see you all the other day Jackson is so adorable!
Thank you for the tip!! It was great to see you too!
What cheeseburger would take you back to your childhood Tim?
If only everything I ate made me bust a move like Jackson... Lol
I love the castle artwork! It’s so beautiful. Excellent choice!
Glad to see that the outro is back, but now I feel bad for the kid who got rejected. :(
Love Jackson's little dances!!!
I can’t get enough of Jackson’s little dance!! Too cute!!

I can't believe I have been watching you guys since 2012. That is crazy dedication. Love you guys.
I liked that little price graphic that popped up when they were showing the dishes they purchased. Good concept.

Random Question: Can you guys claim your park passes on your taxes since it is technically a work expense for you all?
In love with both of your jumpers (Jackson's too), especially yours Jen !

The point of Ratatouille is breaking down peoples notions of “poorer” people/things/etc. Ratatouille is a peasant dish. It’s not about being the best, it’s about showing who you are.
However that doesn't mean that Epcot's version of that dish was any good. lol
Best thing is the warm brown sugar stuffed pretzel at refreshment outpost. I was shocked how good it was!
You can use any kind of sweet cookie as a cheesecake base, chocolate cookies (or grahamcrackers) or shortbreads make good bases
