This is an open and shut case as far as i am concerned. Mr Arbery was essentially murdered all because he went into an open dwelling of a building to observe the construction of how it was being built. Just as several other people did that were captured on video. But the other people that were captured on video weren't hunted down like wild game and murdered. And what makes what the 3 defendants did even more egregious. They never witness Mr Arbery steal anything. Bottom line is they assumed he had to be guilty of something because he was black. Which speaks to their racists thoughts and their biases.
