I had two of those Elecaneta, and they both failed, barely used, in less than two years. Unfortunately, the year warranty has expired. They were bought for emergencies and I only got to test them a couple of times. Not a good deal for me. My recent review of this product was ignored.
I’m just returning from a Caribbean cruise so I’m catching up on videos. That panel seems like a great deal especially considering you get all those extra cables. I think you can combine your discount code with the clickable coupon too
Realize this video was done in February, but I just rec'd my 2nd Elecaenta 120w panel this past Saturday, having bought the 1st one back in Nov '22. These are my go-to panels to carry with me when camping for charging/topping-off my EcoFlow power unit. I have limited storage space in my truck and square-drop camper, so these are easy to store due to their compact folded size.
This 100% does make my decision easier to make. In fact, it made my decision. I have like 10 panels in my Amazon list. I will delete them all except for this one which is on the list. Thank you!
I just bought one and used it during a trip to the North part of Cape Breton Island. It was pulling 99W even at that latitude. I was able to keep my Jackery 300 and 880 topped up with zero down time during my 2 week camping trip.
Great review, just ordered one based on your review. Also in the market for an affordable power station that can run a Mr. Coffee Maker, probably 500 to 600 watts.....
Very interesting video. What I've sometimes seen/heard on other media is that some panels produce indeed 100 or 120W, but after one year of continues usage, the power production falls back to sometimes even 10W. It would be nice if you could make a video about continuity or duration. These panels look really awesome and the price tag is great too.
All I can say is the panel I’ve had for a year is still outputting same results. Not necessarily a full “long” term analysis, but it’s what I’m getting in my situation.
14 months after this vid production I searched for solar panel reviews. Using the affiliate link I placed in my Amazon business account cart. I will wait to check out to hear if there are other panels this quality. I have a Bluetti AC 200 LiPo4 unit. I assume the cables and connectors with these solar panels work with my Bluetti.
These are not available on Amazon anymore ... And they don't know if they'll be back in stock Is there another panel close to this as far as price & specs... I bought one 2 weeks ago I love it tried to purchase another last night and they're gone.
Hello….Am looking for help connecting this panel to a Bluetti EB3A. Am sure it’s ridiculously easy but I’m new to this endeavor and can’t figure out how to connect the two based on what was included with the solar panels and Bluetti. I need to figure out how to do this before the SHTF as I’ll already be stressed out enough as it is when that happens.
I will say that my panels are still working great. But...I have had quite a few comments of others who bought this panel where the output has dropped significantly after about a year.
is amazon the only place that sells it? i dont see an elecaenta website. also, would you happen to know if it has the adapter to fit into the 100watt solar input (top one) on the pecron e600flp?
I’m guessing Amazon only. And no, that Pecron uses that weird “aviation” port that is extremely hard to find. My Pecron came with the cord needed though that could hook up to this panel
My Pecron E-600LFP has the 12/18v 100w top DC in port that is the standard barrel connection probably 5521. My lower DC in port is the 32/95v 400w aviation style port. I just purchased un-branded 120w folding panel from Temu that looks identical to these Elecaenta panels. $133.00 but doesn't have any kickstand legs. This panel is rated at 18v so will work on my top DC in port. I may get a second panel to hook in series and run 36v at the lower DC in aviation port. The panel came with all adaptors even aviation style.
Its good but it does not smoke ecoflow lol mine throw 140 on 160 watt and they cost 160 each this solar panel is expensive idk were you got it but i see ebay and this are over 200 bucks a piece ewwwww no way
The fact is , this solar panel is incredible for the price , incredible performance and comes with so many leads / connecters , the fact that it's so portable , very well made , which is why it is the best panel out there for this price. So yes it does smoke every other panel at the same amount of power of 120 watts. There is no other panel that offers these qualities that this one does.
Finally someone providing truly honest reviews. Thank you!
Thank you👍🏻

@200Nora....Any idea WHY the panels FAILED??
I've had two. First one wind blew over and pulled out control panel.
Second one stopped at 8 mo.

I really like these panels 👍🏻👍🏻
@@GearGadgetReviews 👍I got an Elecaenta Y connector delivered this morning so I can run the two panels in parallel.

It’s a great panel👍🏻👍🏻

Cool, I have the same one, bought it about 2 years ago. As a backup, emergency situatios.

That’s all I needed to hear thanks Brian
Thanks Mike👍🏻

@@GearGadgetReviews Well a year is already a nice result. If it lasts this long, it'll probably last a lot longer too! Good luck with it!
thanks man, looks like just what we needed. love the rugged nature of the panels!
YES! Like Your review style and have shared with Friend!
Thanks👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you, Sir. That helps.
Thanks John👍🏻
on the control panel can you change the type of battery you are charging example a car battery

I have the rockpals sp003 100 watt and I’m lucky to get 60 watts max. Good info!
Thanks Vic👍🏻
I get 60 very easily with mine. Usually around 70-75. It's even hit 95 once. But that only lasted a short time. Dead of summer
Thank you for posting, very informative! I need to check that company out.
👍🏻👍🏻
im still waiting for a good sale.
my lion energy 100w 12v rigid solar panel has output 120 watts recently.
not sure how that is but i love that panel.
👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you. Will consider it.
The Renogy look legit, was looking at the 200w ones. Have you compared those to this?
That was a quickie.
Short n sweet👍🏻
I like the panel but would need a bunch to get my AC 500 Max charged relatively quickly.
👍🏻

I do see these sale out quite frequently, but they always show back up when they get more stock
Can these be chained together if you have two of them for a combined 240w?
Sure. You can hook up more than 1 panel either parallel or series connection
Great and thanks for replying so quickly.
Great review!!! Unfortunately, the promo code doesn't work 😞. Is it still valid today???
Looks good.
Thanks👍🏻
Thanks for review and info. What generator do you prefer with it/them?
Thanks. You can use basically any power station with this unit. Pick your poison on a power station, but they’ll all work with this panel👍🏻
Thanks for the great review!
Given the current pricing what would be the better option; 2 75W Elecaenta panels or a single 120W? Thanks again!
For ease, 1 120 watt panel, but for a bit more output I’d go with the 2 75 watt panels, you just have to lug around 2 panels instead of 1
@@GearGadgetReviews The most that I could get out of the 75W was 37W (upstate NY) so I’m sending it back and getting the 120W.
Thanks for a great review. Am I able to join 2 of these together?
You can. Just need to find a splitter with the barrel plugs to connect them together.

It hooks directly up to the mmpt input , I have the EB3A , you simply don't use the cable provided by Bluetti, don't need it for this panel.
What shud I use on portable solar generator with home oxygen stationary. It's 120v/60hz. That the one id have to use 24/7 if the grid goes down
I’d pick a panel that’s as close to your power stations rated MAX solar input
Mine sucked. It quit working after my second time using it and I.cannot find a way to contact the seller.
WILL IT WORK ON A ZAMP SOLAR SYSTEM that is on my outdoor rv.
Thanks ima order one
👍🏻
Hi I have just bought this 120 watt for my ecoflow river 2 pro how do I connect this as when i tried with the xtc60 could get no charge at all? Thanks
Are you using the orange colored xt60 that came with the Ecoflow?
@@GearGadgetReviews hi yes I am
Any updates on this or other portable panel .

I just tested my 320 watts same brand at AZ 115 temp
Already 3 burn crack spots within 20 mins
Very disappointed. Will a bad controller caused that?
That’s no good. A controller would not be the issue. Sounds like a faulty panel itself.
Is it water proof
How does it handle the rain?
Ipx5 rated. Can withstand direct low pressure water spray. But I do t recommend leaving these types of panels out in the rain.
hi. will this work with a bluetti ac max
Yes
👍🏻👍🏻
👍🏻

I don’t buy IPx5 panels when most are ipx7 to ipx8 why would you.
It's designed for portability and temporary use, and the price is right for that. That's why.
Well at least jackery can do something right
👍🏻
my bluetti 120w gives me 124w out. so thats another 25% output over this panel. whilst it may be cheaper I really dislike clickbait titles like this.
