Olechka! I am from Russia too. I was born there but now I live in Greece. I love all of you recipes. Now is the peerfect time for me to recreate them since i am on Lent (nachalsia Velikii post). Please continue doing what you do, sometimes eating healthy seemes so difficult to me when there are so many temptations around and I'm all about sweet stuff. In fact I think i could live only by eating cakes,chocolat, cookies and icecream....With your help it is so much easier to take care of my health. Thank you so much!

I like having peppermint tea in the morning and camomile tea before bed. During the day I just drink teas depending on my mood... like berry tea, different herbal mixes, detox teas. Davids Tea has a lot of funky/cool tasting loose leaf teas. I love a lot of their flavours :)

I recently subscribed to your channel and I absolutely love it! I'm from Moscow too, but I moved here when I was 5. When we came to the states we actually changed our names because NOONE could pronounce any of our names, and it's funny because we mostly did it because of my sister, whose name is Olga. :) Anyway, I loved this video and getting to know you a little bit and KOSHHKKAAAAAA, OMG, that was hilarious!

I can't go anywhere alone, either. My mom and my sister hate that about me! But, I would rather visit even the most mundane places, like the grocery store, with someone I care about. I have two boys now, so I feel okay running errands with them - but I would still rather have another adult to keep me company. :)

My parents are from the former USSR, so I also know Russian (since I was born in Jerusalem my writing skills in Russian are worse that in English) and I totally understand your problem with your name in English.

I am involved with real food and I have a terrible hate to processed foods. My classmates do have always a comment on the way I eat and live, we usually have lunch toghter with the group at school. I'm from Colorado and I have been a vegetarian for 30 years. I have raised two kids vegetarian - both very healthy and super smart! I love to garden and grow a lot of vegetables. I have some fruit trees too, but I haven't gotten much out of them yet. Today was my first day of being employed as a field archaeologist. I am weeks away from getting my Master's degree in Anthropology/Archaeology. I was looking for vegetarian recipes online and came across your videos, as well as a few others. LOL about you not liking your name in English! :) I totally understand because I am Russian too and yes, American's can't say the soft L. In Russian I am Lena, but in English I am always Yelena for the same reason - no one but Russians can say the soft L for Lena. I love your facts about you - so many interesting things you shared about yourself! I also would rather be hot than cold - I actually am intolerant of cold - therefore FL where I live is my favorite. How do you survive living in Canada? We used to live near NY and I could hardly take it - the nine month winter was tooooo long for me and I battled depression most of the time. I live on the Sunshine Coast of Australia, reasonably close to Australia Zoo. My husband of 9 years is French-Canadian, I can't pronounce his name correctly either because I don't speak French and have a hard time with European accents. I've been studying Japanese on and off for 15 years and am at an intermediate conversation level, but now I want to learn Korean too. I have bad arthritis and would love to know what foods I should avoid so I don't get flare ups. Thank you for your video Olga!

I'm from NJ,i love nutrition,i went to school to become a dietitian,but right now i'm taking a break,i also love crocheting,painting/drawing,any kinds of crafts and decorating. I'm 23, just bought my first house with my boyfriend :) i was bullied when i was younger,i was at that awkward stage around 8-12 and i was kinda chubby so i know how mean kids can be,but then i lost weight and no one was mean to me anymore.The people who teased me got chubbier as i got thinner it was pay back kinda haha.

Hello Olga. I will share a little bit about myself. I have around 300 houseplants give or take a few. I write poetry and have written a few songs but have never published them. I love to bake and learn how to make different vegan foods. I was also bullied very badly as a child and into high school. I enjoy trying different essential oils and someday I want to make my own herbal shampoo and other things using herbs and spices Where can I find the measurements for the Vegan Mayo? It looks and sounds so good! I enjoyed watching the video of the 50 random facts about yourself. Looking forward to watching more.
