  • I has the opportunity to race in The Knockout Hare scramble on Vancouver Island. It was a tough slog. A couple of poor choices at the beginning had me low on energy for the rest of the race. I did complete one lap which I am very happy with. Enjoy!

    Was out ripping around in the national forest near us this weekend on a bone stock '24 ATAS, the street tires were MISERABLE in the sand. Ordering 70/30 tires today.

    Riding a full sized adventure bike on this route seems like cruel and unusual punishment. You are a complete savage!! Considering buying a new AT myself next year. Do you have any videos explaining what mods you have done to the bike? What tires you run? How many miles are on your bike and what issues you've experiences with it, etc?

      It's not the easiest bike for sure. Thank you, here is the video I made of the bike. I've also added an excel takasago 1.6" front rim.

      No files. If you have trail forks you will find trails at Whiskey Creek and Cook Creek.

    You probably don’t have your saddle bags on! I did that ripped off a set of line rider bags off the left side on a tree one day down here in the mark Twain national forest.

      Definitely no luggage. She's heavy enough as is. That sucks about your bags, any damage to them from that?

    • @whiteskyflyer
      @whiteskyflyer Месяц назад

      @@thatguyonanafricatwin the bag it’s self had zero damage. Now the bag rack took all the damage, kept the bike in good shape. I was able to take the bags off and put to the side till I got a new rack
