I went to Seoraksan with mountaineering club for two days last weekend. When I was following them behind. It was so hard I kept falling behind the party , but I tried to catch up them. Sometimes they were catching me and gave some cucumbers.
When I got back home, I had to catch up on a lot of house chores.

I felt like I’ve fell all behind on my life since I failed the big test. In the middle of catching up with figuring out myself, I found myself very silly being obsessed with the past and comparing myself to those who got stable and good jobs. I’m totally ready to start from the scratch once I found sth to do for my life, but I still haven’t found one yet. I don’t know how long it will take me to find what I want to do, but I won’t push myself so much to find it out. I believe I’ll eventually get on my own life race and keep up with my goals.

I really enjoyed the long holiday weekends last week while catching up on some sleep and spending time with my family catching up. And it makes me sad that it's time to do a lot of catching up on my studies.

I don't think I could've done any better had I been her(in her shoes) 여기서 had I been her은 if가 생략되고 had가 도치된 거라고 알고 있어요. 그런데 have가 문장 안에서 일반적인 동사로 쓰였을 경우('가지다'의 의미로)에도 if 생략과 도치가 가능한가요?
ex) If I had enough money, I would give you some. 을 Had I enough money로 쓰는게 가능한가요?

My mother would’ve been a girl with a lot of dreams, but she got caught up in raising kids after she got married. She started falling behind compared with her colleagues. As time went by, it had been increasing so much things to catch up with. After all, she gave up her career and devoted herself to raising me. Now I become an adult and set up home independently. While I got caught up at work, I hadn’t noticed that she was getting old. Her vivid gray hair catch me thinking a lot today.

Last year wasn't really successful for me to get a job because I just came back home after spending years in abroad. Back then I was very frustrated and helpless. But I guess I shouldn't get caught up in that emotion anymore. Think I'll have to move past it and try harder again this year.

I get caught up in anxiety many nights for some reason. I guess I was born to be anxious. I tend to check things over and over again. So my mind is always busy. I know this trait(tendency) benefis me in some ways, especially in my career. BUT it often makes me exhausted.
My boss: hey, why did you send the email so late last night?
I : I got caught in because of preparation of materials for BOD meeting.

1) social media에서 'You're all caught up'라는 표현에서 왜 You all caught up이 아니고 수동태로 쓰이나요?
2)~에 묶여있다 의미로 쓰일때 stuck with와 어떻게 다른지 궁금합니다
You are all caught up 에서 caught up은 catch up의 past participle이고 형용사로 쓰인것 입니다. 수동태는 아닙니다. 비슷한 예로 아래를 참고하세요.
You are all caught up. (따라온 상황)
I am married. (결혼한 사람)
I am drunk. (술취한 상태)

2) 번의 경우도 daniel 님 말처럼 가능하면 context 를 좀 주시는 게 도움이 되겠지만 일단 생각나는 건 : 어떤 옵션을 선택할 수 밖에 없는 상황에 대해서요.

Recently, I had been got caught up in some emotions. I felt like I have to keep doing something. If I don't do it, I feel like I'm stupid because people doing lots of things and they look good every time. I don't want to be behind and don't want to fall behind them. Now I feel better. I'm trying to feel comfortable and take some time and respect me.

My boss came back from America. On the day when he came to the company firstly after his trip, we got caught up by him all day long cause he wanted to talk about his travel story to us.

1. I love my job. It's neither too easy nor too hard and my colleagues and my boss are so nice. There's no such a thing like pressure of tough competition. But it's because it's a small company, everyone is on charge of individual task and it leads that none of them can replace me while I'm on vacation. There's a lot of catching up after coming back to the office.
2. I really need to brush up on my English. I met up my western friends last weekend and realized that my English has gotten so bad. I felt so left out not catching up the conversation.

I'm so behind on everything after my military service end. You know when I served my duty, I spent my time so regularly. But now, it depends when I sleep, study and work out. In my high school days, we had to stay in school until late at night because of something called "야자", the "evening self study". One day, I just felt so bored that sneaked out from the classroom with my friend to have a chat somewhere in the school backyard or something. But unfortunately, on that night, the head teacher was waliking across that part of the campus, and we got caught on the spot. We kinda froze thinking that he was going to scold us or preach to us. But he stared us up and down once, and just went on his way, which made me feel way more terrible for some reason. Maybe because I felt like being given up on as a student?
