    Of the 6 videos I've seen.....I've finally found one that goes in depth on the whole process step by step. Best video by far. Thank you.

    Great video.
    I would have never thought one of those little green propane canisters would have lasted an hour and 40 minutes. I do like the camp stove idea though.

    Great video! What other types of fish are good for canning?

      Wow! Great question! In general oily fish are best like salmon, herring, mackerel and yellowtail.

    Wow, your video is so useful !! I wonder that how long can we store this tune in the fridge?

      Hey Dung! If you do a good job in vacuum sealing the fillets, they can last for up to six months. Based on my experience!! Thanks Dung, hope this helps. Yanni

    can I put salt and white vinegar together with olive oil into the jar?

    • @fishermansbellychannel7374
      @fishermansbellychannel7374  3 года назад

      Hey Hoang! I would use the salt and vinegar cure first, then immerse the fish for long term storage in the olive oil. That's how I would do it!!

    It looks like one of the jars had nick on the rim. He must not have seen it.

    Is is correct to assume a pressure cooker is that same thing?

      Peace Naa Adei Anang Hi Peace! A pressure cooker is the only thing I can think of. When I was growing up my mom used to can fruit preserves all the time in her pressure cooker. Good luck! 👍
