I think we can all agree that teens in the twenty-first century have no trouble learning how to use the latest tech. Teenagers can either be active participants in the global computer science field or they can simply be passive consumers of technology.
In today’s video I happened to interact with one such tech geek, Tanish, who started his career in coding at the age of just twelve & has bagged a job offer of 24LPA!
We’ve also discussed how he went about searching for such huge opportunities at such a young age, how he convinced them for 24LPA through his skills & what are his future plans with studies.
Seeing the enthusiasm of kids like him, it has been proven that one ability that stands out in the modern era is coding. It truly gives every student a boost in crucial life skills, socialization, and education-as well as a headstart on their future careers!

The fact here is when he started coding in 12 years of age ( maybe he would be in class 6th or 7th ) this is the time of our childhood , and we should enjoy our life at this age because at this age we won't have much tension , responsibilities , studies etc . He only started coding maybe because he had a dire interest in coding and fortunately there is a high demand of software developer around the world which later helped him to get that high paying package . Imagine him being interested in playing guitars at the age of 12 . I am betting , at the age of 16 he would have ended nowhere except being performing in local functions or maybe performing in his school programmes . Finally to sum up all the things , I only want to say that try different things and put your efforts in which you are interested . Don't force yourself to code only because this guy got a very high package at the age of 16 years . No hate for this guy , he is a brilliant and hardworking person , achieving this at the age of 16 is tough , but he made sure that he kept learning what he liked the most .

Agree with this bhai ... Now you guys are going to hear something from the experienced person who wasted his 3 years 🙂 ...toh suno ....i have done BCA in peer pressure & lack of knowledge ... Mere aas pas sabhi log BCA hi kar rahe the and log bol rahe the ki bahot peisa hota hai ..toh usme ghus gaya ... 1st year of BCA & learning coding ...easy stuff me toh aasani se nikal gaye ..but jab mid(honestly wo mid nahi Easy plus keh sake hai) level ka aaya tab samaj gaya ki ye chiz apne bas ki baat nahi hai ... Aisa lagta tha ki kab ye khatam ho or me bahar jau ... After a month or two someone told me aisa nahi hota ...ek or baar try karo ..BCA kiya hai to waste to mat karo degree.....and like that i tried coding for 3 times & still i hate it & don't want to learn coding ....
So i want to tell you that ... Peisa dekhke mat jaao ..interst hai toh try karke jaao ..warna bahot regret karoge just like me .....
Agar mujhe choice milti toh me koi Art field me degree karta ...like BFA(bachelor of Fine Arts) & others ...

0:47 No one at the age of 12 is really wasting time all we did in that age is enjoyed played a lot of outdoor sports made new friends we don't get that age again to enjoy that's the age where we have no tension no responsibility and lots of time instead of sitting in front of laptop and coding children must go out and play at age of 12 Coding at age 12 will not make you a pro coder you can start coding in college and crack good companies with hard work everybody will start earning after 20 with their jobs and internships but school and college days are never gonna comeback so we must enjoy these days with friends and make memories
    That's my POV😄❤️

I can relate....I am way too much interested in coding and programming that I have explored so many job opportunities/road map , resources and skills but still I am not able to contantly peruse this at this age because of schools as I am in 9th standard and I believe it's important for basic concepts of class 11 and also next year I will attend board exam. So, I am not able to do what I love (programming) and I think it will be risky to leave school at this point of time. I am really confused about how to manage it all :(
I would be really grateful for some suggestions by you guys !

    1. Don't just think, focus on execution also.
    2. Keep on moving, don't stop if you fail, try something else and keep on trying until you achieve.
    3. Having a strong portfolio (projects from big corporations) and building connections can help a lot in getting a high paying job.
