Excellent video! Smooth, no fast shaking of camera as many beginners do. It would be nice to completely eliminate camera movement when walking. Gives the atmosphere of the resort and the environment. Very relaxing. Waiting for your new walking tours.

Was desperately hoping you'd also walk around any of the food/dining areas- to see what is typically on the buffet. The food is sooo important when making resort selection! :) Thanks though.
I definitely wish l had some foorage of that! Unfortunately when we were there back in November, the buffet was very dialed back.

Beautiful scenery 😍 How was the entertainment during covid ? My husband and I are looking to book in May
It is definitely beautiful! There was still nightly entertainment going on, as most of it is done at the stage area next to the Piano Bar. They have different things each night, and we were also able to go next door to Breathless and enjoy their entertainment as well. Book it, you will love it!

I had this placed booked for my 29th bday trip LAST year then we found out you have to do the PCR nasal swab test ..at the time we weren’t willing so we canceled. It had to be done within 2 days of your arrival date. (I’m willing to do it now lmao 😂)
Do they test you onsite or do you have to BRING proof of a negative PCR test still?
I’m gonna be 30 in August & I’m thinking about coming here for real this time..😂

Yes, we had to do the swab test to get in to Jamaica, but luckily they had expanded the testing window to 10 days before your trip. Then you just bring the proof of the negative test with you to be able to board the plane to Montego Bay. As for coming back to the US, l believe they are doing the tests on site, and free of charge. But I would recommend checking their website for the official word on that. We always lean on our travel agent for the details of everything, so we never have any surprises.

I leave tomorrow to visit this place! The nasal swab is still required, but wasn’t no biggie it’s just a q-tip that you swirl around the inside of your nostril yourself. I did it through a local Walgreens drive thru and my results were in the next day. They require 3 days prior to arrival to have it done. Walgreens will tell you 3-5 business days but literally everyone I know including myself was a 24 hr window.

We highly recommend this resort! The food is good, as our favorites are the Italian, Mexican, and Hibachi. You also have access to the restaurants over at Breathless as well right now.

Is this a more bring sand to the beach couples resort or like Temptations where there are alot of singles etc?? & staying here do you have access to enjoy the entertainment at Breathless
This is definitely a resort where you'll want to bring the sand with you.
If you stay in a Prefered Club room, you get access to everything at the Wild Orchid, St. James, and Breathless.

Thank you! For an all inclusive, the food is pretty decent. The mexican, italian, and habatchi are our favorites!
I want to book this but how does the meals work. Is it unlimited buffet style breakfast lunch and dinner or a la carte or does this place not offer all inclusive?
It is all inclusive, and they have a buffett for breakfast and lunch as well as a total of 8 a la carte restaurants. Although l believe they still only have a few open at a time due to the reduced capacity of the resort these days.
hey was secrets far away for any excursions if you guys did any?
There are some excursions in Montego Bay, but the big ones in Jamaica are a bit of a drive to get to. Both Ocho Rios and Negril are about a 1 1/2 hour drive.

If you stay at St. james preferred club, can you also go yo wild orchid?
With their current low capacity levels, you don't even need to stay in the Preferred Club, and you can go to all 3 resorts.

@@dpd1035 When we were there in November, they upgraded us at check-in, so you may even end up in a Preferred room with no extra cost.
Is this thru RCI I’m thinking about going for a 7 day stay , I’ve stayed in sandals which was pretty nice how is this resort ?
We don't use RCI, just our travel agent Lisa from Beach Bum Vacations. The resort is great! We have actually stayed here 5 times in the last 3 years, and have enjoyed every trip. You won't be disappointed!

Is this resort pretty quiet? I’m looking foe good food and entertainment. I heard Breathless had lots of entertainment but food better at secrets.
Secrets is definitely quieter than Breathless. The great thing is that right now, you have access to both Secrets and Breathless resorts. So if one doesn't have what you're looking for, the other ones do.

@@PrisonStyleGaming The Wild Orchid is a good choice! They only require masks when you are in any of the shops, in the lobby area for longer than just walking through, and getting to and from your table when you go to eat. Other than that, it's all good.

@@tylerholmes1571 If you're looking for a good party, then l would recommend looking at Breathless Montego Bay. But if you are just wanting to relax and have a laid back time, this is definitely the place.
