Hi Lauren. It's me, the follower who has been watching many of your videos for the last week. You are just what I needed to get off the sofa and recommit to my work out routine. I just took a 10 minute break at the office and used my weights. This is a new habit I am starting. I'll do my yoga at night when I get home. I walk to and from the office. In the mornings I meditate before I have breakfast and then leave for work. I like to see your grocery purchases so to make changes in my diet. Got some egg whites to add to my scrambled eggs. Try sprinkling Everything but the Bagel on your eggs. Yum! Thanks for your YT channel. Wishing you much love and success.

I’m in a downtime in my career currently and hoping that whatever I end up getting the opportunity to do next will work out better than my previous 2 jobs (both of which I was only at 6 months - 1 was temp and 1 wasn’t but didn’t work out)

Right now, like to watch certain people on their RUclips channels, especially slot machine channels as they keep getting more popular and more channels are talking about myths that people have about slot playing and casinos. Right now, I would be thrilled if someone out there saw any of my travel/slot machine videos and put a comment it it. My channel is all about the good, the bad and the ugly part of experiencing casinos in certain cities. It looks like you are doing great with your life!!

I would have loved those meals for college. 😅 My body is tired throughout the day so I normally go to bed around 9:30/10 every night. 😅 I’m the same way when I was younger I hated pumpkin spice or pumpkin anything. As I got older my taste buds have changed and I Absolutely love pumpkin favored anything. Also I feel so accomplished when I get something done in my busy life. 😃😅
