Post Video Update: - 18 April 2022 Had the doorbell still installed since this review, running off the same charge, and today I got my first alert to the battery at 19%. Charging is recommended, but I think that’s at least over a week of charge remaining. So I’ll wait until it’s at 0-5% and report back when that happens or when the next alert occurs. - 1 May Doorbell battery level has now reached 5%. - 4 May Doorbell battery level is now at 1%. Time to charge it back up to 100%. So that’s around 2 months of battery life. I’d expect a little more in real-life use, seeing as I was checking the camera feed more often in the first few weeks.
Thx for the Video. Great Job. Wouldn't be nice if you had installed it outside so we can see actually how it shows realistically when someone comings or dropping something. I couldn't find this on their website 😅😅. Today is 09/05/2023 in USA 11:34am NOW, IT'S A YEAR LATER IS THERE A NEWER VERSION? CHEERS 🍻
If I remember that was for detecting if the bell was being tampered with and removed. So if the button was released whilst it was removed from the mount it would trigger the tamper alert. I don’t think this bell had a wired option.
Tested mine, it seems like when Motion detection is On, the duplex voice doesn't work properly. Sometimes it can, sometimes it can't and need to mute the microphone to hear the visitor voice. Hopefully Arenti fix this via OTA firmware upgrade

10:51 I show outside use. I don’t believe there is a newer model from them. 🤷🏻♂️
Thx. I can't find anyone whome are selling them
Thanks for your video on the Arenti. Just invested in one. Can you recharge the unit via an USB while leaving the unit on place ?
Yes you can. The bottom area is where the USB port is and it can be plugged in whilst still being mounted on the wall.
What's that soft button thing on the back at the top of the device? Is that like the plug of the hole where the wires would go or something?
If I remember that was for detecting if the bell was being tampered with and removed. So if the button was released whilst it was removed from the mount it would trigger the tamper alert. I don’t think this bell had a wired option.
Can this doorbell unit's live view be sent to the amazon show 5 continuously? If so, can you make a demo on how?
Can you pair more than one chime to the camera?
I’m not sure. They only give you one
Does it work witj alexa routines? Example: turn on light when detecting motion?
I don’t think it does
Can you do real Two ways conversation with the visitor or you have to mute your microphone in order to hear the visitor's voice?
You do not have to mute your mic to have a conversation. At least I didn’t have to.

Oh right. 🤔 Yes, hopefully that’s an easy software fix
SD card on the outside unit????????
Yes. It is very common.
The only thing I need to know is how to get it off the bloody backing plate....This is killing me!
A lot of force. And remove/loosen the screw at the bottom first.
