- Moore was sought out for five arrest warrants for the following crimes:
May 13, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet in the parking lots of Nissan Stadium. The group took over several stadium lots, including closed lots. About 1,000 vehicles arrived and some did burnouts and donuts, which was dangerous to those around. Law enforcement on the ground and in the air responded to get rid of the crowd.
July 22, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 516 Rev. Kelly M. Smith Way, a State of Tennessee owned parking lot. Hundreds gathered there, and people in the group took over intersections and conducted burnouts, donuts and slides with their vehicles in the intersections of Nelson Merry Street and 10th Circle North, and Kelly M. Smith Way and Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. Those involved also blocked roadways, which did not allow police to enter the area.
Oct. 28, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 1001 Health Park Drive where 100 or more people reportedly gathered. Various vehicles were involved in conducting burnouts and donuts. Three drivers fled from police that night. The property manager confirmed Moore did not have permission to use the parking lot, which was damaged by tire marks.
Jan. 24, 2023: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 3040 Sidco Drive. Midtown Hills Precinct officers responded to the parking lot due to the large crowd on the property, which was newly renovated and for sale. Vehicles participated in burnouts which damaged the lot by leaving tire marks, and an oil spill also occurred. The real estate agent for the property called police that night and said neither Moore nor anyone else had permission to be there.
Jan. 28, 2023: Moore allegedly used social media to advertise a “pop-up meet” in the parking lot of Woodmont Hills Church of Christ where about 300 to 400 vehicles showed up. Several participated in burnouts and donuts in the church parking lot, which posed a risk to the public. - Авто/Мото

Look up the wording of the law he’s being charged with violating and that will shed some light on why his situation is different. I didn’t see what state this was in, but the legal definition of “riot” in Tennessee is worded in a way that these events meet, so he might be in violation of it as the one who organized (incited) the event that became a “riot” by Tennessee’s standards.
Arrest the people who DID the burnouts, not the guy who actively protested against it
Arrest the cops that done nothing when notified in the beginning
It’s cops tbh not surprising sadly

@HappyLittleSquirrel police departments in America are given military grade equipment to deal with situations like this. They absolutely had the power to do something, the actively chose not to and instead punish the one person trying to do things right. It's absolutely indefensible.

Type in Franklin Man Charged with 5 Counts of Inciting a Riot as a Result of Street Racer-Car Meet. Video is made up stuff. He held at night because he didn’t have permission from any of the places that got tore up. One was even freshly done being sold when they tore it up. The owners pressed charges. From church’s to Nissan stadium. The police weren’t there hanging out they would come bust the places except for 1 where they blocked the cops from being able to. So he obviously won’t get 5 years but misleading acting like he was on the up and up and some unruly people ruined it for everyone and now he’s going to jail
I love how useless America has become.
Well don't come here then. If you're here pack your shit and get out.
In order to be convicted of inciting a riot you need to prove that the intent was to create a riot. He clearly stated rules, clearly asked for help, and clearly never intended these meetups become as big as they did, nor is that within itself is illegal. The DA wanted to prove a point that will never stand up and they hope they’ll get him to agree to a plea deal, fine him, and get a nice pay day.
I mean if it’s his event he’s clearly responsible that’s why you need an llc or something hosting these events are just liabilities and risky
Still he might get off, I mean no one was charged or held accountable for the Astro world incident’2021
I don't believe that is true, that they have to prove his intent. Generally this is true for any crime but in this regard it is not a requirement for prosecution. A good example of this was Kai Cenat's giveaway, he merely extended invitation to his fans in the area to meet up to have a giveaway for his fanbase. Yet because a large amount showed up, became wreckless, violent and broke laws, he was charged with Inciting the Riot & Unlawful Assembly. He said nothing to incite rioting, nor did they have to prove his intent.
He was charged because he did not alert police, did not have permit and therefore it was declared unlawful. In fact you don't even have to have caused a riot for you to be charged with inciting one which may be baffling to some.
It's also pertinent to mention that under Riots codes, a judgement of conviction or acquittal on the merits under the laws of any state shall be a bar to any prosecution hereunder for the same act or acts. So in better words, because previous rulings, such as Kai Cenat or the Don, the bar to meet this crime does not require intent.
@@Comment.criticNo no, the problem is "inciting a riot" would have to mean that he encouraged it, Which he didn't, Anyway you look at this they simply can't pin it on him. You can't blame someone for getting there house raided because they where having a birthday party.

That’s such BS! He requested help. The police that refused should be indicted
Well considering they said the numbers at these events got up to 4,000 people I can't blame the police for not wanting to step in . They are completely outnumbered. Now yes if the good car people all surrounded the cops and protected them and showed the bad ones they aren't welcome that this stuff doesn't fly then maybe I could see the police helping . But the fact of the matter is that situation and dynamic is too violate . The best solution for an event . Rent out a race track . That way if you do have people who wanna do stuff like this it's more then likely gonna have a designated area and would be probably acceptable depending on the agreement between renter and track . Also then you could hire private security to enforce the rules.
Most events require police presence especially when you tell them the #’s of expected people at said event most cities require permits for all sorts of stuff you have to pay the cops etc so if he was doing all of this and they STILL refused to help prevent the morons in the auto community to show up and show out that’s on the security and police NOT the event planner. If he hired or requested aide to PREVENT these sorts of things then those parties that was hired is then responsible IE the Police Department and city… yet apparently the same department is the one indicting him?

Lets say he did have permission. He still didn't have security. He provided the atmosphere for it to get out of control.
dude was throwing takeovers, just he was never in charge like he thought.
If he responsible for that then the United States government should all go to jail for inappropriate actions of the people in our country.
That’s so WRONG!!!!! Someone needs to back him up 😮😮😮😮😮
Oh so to do whatever you want, you just have to outnumber the police? Got it!
If you outnumber and outgun the police, then ya, you can pretty much do whatever you want.
Melanin helps too
Better yet, be the police. 😉
Hasn't it always been this way forever?
He will most likely Bankrupt this town after his lawsuits!
They are outnumbered to stop the drifting and burnout but not outnumbered to shut down the event?
Call national guard on the takeovers if it's to dangerous for local PD. Allow FBI to launch investigations and charges against the individuals that started doing burnouts. When you actually pursue and prosecute criminals they stop committing crimes
What he shouldn't go to prison for that because people are responsible for their own actions
and when you organize an event, you’re responsible for the people that go to the event and their actions
@@koki8407but if they broke the rules then doesnt that mean that they werent fully a part of the event?
@JasonBlack-mq5ex right so if you had a house party and the people you invited started destroying all your neighbour's properties would that make you responsible for their actions. because if it is then everytime you're out with your friends and one of them dropped a bit of litter you should be arrested for it every time
@@jstarrett0193 no.
@JasonBlack-mq5ex how does he lack intelligence? He stated an objective truth. If you host of an event you are responsible for making sure it runs smoothly.
"Can you help me with my event? Put your hands behind your back, your under arrest."
Aren't these people millionaires? Would they need to sell a house to afford security detail?
Seeing that Squarebody Chevy be pushed off the lift broke my heart 😢
The fact that there’s substantial evidence that says he tried to prevent it and asked for help from law enforcement is enough to all but guarantee acquittal.
They literally let homicides and serial killers walk the streets but take someone to jail for this for 5 years. Dude our judicial system is messed up if this goes through
Its so messed up this is even a possibility. How do you blame the only sane and responsible person?
Outrageous !! But who’s surprised with today’s Law Enforcement ?
Lock him up
That is an very important American precept that a person should never be charged for crimes committed by others.
The indictment is criminally negligent in terms of its misunderstanding of the laws of this country.
We deal with the same shit here in chicago. I just had to deal with 50k in fines for a peaceful car meet that didnt even have ANY people acting out. Everyone was peaceful. The buisnesses wanted us there. And there were no issues at the meet. I got a court summons a month later with 50k in fines saying we were doing burnouts and doughnuts which i took it to court and it all got dropped except for one part saying our permit was invalid and we needed a "special events permit"
They go after obedient people because they know they won't get anything from those who actually cause trouble.
you have a constitution right to peaceably assemble, you do not need a permit to exercise a right. the DA's should now this, hopeful your civil rights lawyer will file charges in federal court to get that silly permit thing barred.
@@genxray951 For redress of greivances. not street parties, Might want to read the whole amendment. And yes you absolutely do need a permit for a large gathering like this.
@@genxray951Unintentionally holding people hostage by blocking off entire roads to conduct drifting and donuts is undeniably fun but hardly constitutionally protected "speech"

Genius!
yeah he wouldn’t get charged, he would get “disappeared”
@octupleentendre yeah just like all those blm rioters that got bailed out after a day while they committed crimes
It's really incredible that you just believe stuff so easily proven false. You can look up the thousands of people charged, usually for much more flimsy stuff than this guy
@chadmichael03 what's more incredible, is all the looting, burning of buildings, destruction of property that wad allowed during the riots and was allowed. The destruction of police stations, vehicles. The take over of city blocks. But won't dare mention that....
The cops had to do "something" about the complaints. So instead of confronting the criminals, they go after the easy scapegoat.
“We are out numbered” - Police
“Why didn’t this one man try to stop them? Arrest him!” - DA
Any mediocre attorney should be able to get the case dismissed. He is not responsible to what other people do on the streets
Especially with the double jeopardy of him being charged 5 times for the same crime.
If you repeatedly organize events that consistently get out of control, I'm pretty sure you CAN be held responsible for causing said problems.
@@cia5602 Double jeopardy doesn't mean if I get charged with assault once, i can't get charged again...
@@cia5602 That's not how double jeopardy works.

Everyone's talking about conviction this, car culture that or whatevers.. but all i hear is the AI ass voiceover guy spittin' flames on dis beat.
Dude wrote "no donuts or burnouts" on every announcement, talked to the cops at every meet he hosted and asked them to do something about the takeover kids, called the cops in andvance to announce events and got permission and insurance... and now he's being charged...
Any good lawyer would get that case dropped asap
Clearly not since he was indicted. It means his case went before a grand jury and was deemed worthy of proceeding to trial.

wow!,is there a legal fund for this guy?,this justice system is broken beyond repair,
As the organizer of the event, he is legally responsible for anything that happens. That's what liability insurance, and signed waivers are for. It also helps to not do these events _on the damned street!_
That’s sad to see our justice system failing so hard. Blame the organizer of the meets and not the people committing the crime.
No this is 100% justified if a neighbor had and had 2-3k people show up for it then they butt down your house Do you think your neighbor should just shrug and say it was me and not be charged at all?

Not even close. If you are an event organiser you are taking on a huge amount of potential liability for what happens during said event and is why big events are organised via corporations, hire security and carry a ton of insurance to mitigate risk to the individual organisers.
