Hey, I have a video on this part 2, but honestly if I had to get one, I would get the XAMP REAMP by Radial (Its Yellow) but the black one the JCR is great as well.
The Thru (as shown in the video) goes straight into your amp! You can decide if you want to use pedals before or after this and it will make changes to your signal, but that is your choice and can be done to taste! Thanks for watching, be sure to watch on Wednesday as part 2 drops.
How do you get the signal from the DI box into my DAW, when I already use a Presonus interface to record guitar. Does the DI box bypass the Presonus Interface? Or do you connect the DI into the Presonus Interface to record? I'm thinking you replace the interface with the DI box maybe.
Great video Bryan!
Thanks!
What do you think about passive re-amp boxes vs. active?

And now the spending begins for another DI box! #SLCAudio #Radial
Awesome!
So you would use the thru (output?) to run into the amp, and the box’s XLR output to go into the preamp/interface?

In your quick fact box you say that -40dBv is 0.01 volt and also that -22dBV is 0.01 volt... can you please clarify?
thanks for the reply!
Are there active and passive reamp boxes that we have to choose from?
Radial makes both, if you can't afford both then if you use active with active it wont hurt your set up, Thanks for watching!
What about use Active DI instead of Passive DI even use active pickup guitar..?
You can use active to active, Radial just suggests active guitar to passive DI, thanks for checking the video out!

Sorry, late response, but you run it inline into your Interface and it takes the HIGH Z to mic level into the preamp. I hope this helps!
