There's a MOLLE adapter for the Flektarn double pouches. Edit: It's actually an ALICE adapter but MALICE clips will work to attach them to the MOLLE webbing.
Long shot for an answer but..when wearing these, do you run with any other kit? Chest rig, carrier..etc Love the idea of cutting off the top portion too, the flap is more trouble than it's worth.
Much of this stuff is throwdown gear. I like to have a certain amount of mags and ammo per gun and a means to carry them. These work great but they aren't a primary go-to. Just a solid super-budget option. I have two chest rigs that I use when playing with 7.62 nato guns. I have a video of A Chi-com one linked below. It's good for metal mags but too tight for magpul AR10 mags. ruclips.net/video/wJIcDAJu-Hc/видео.html The other is an Eagle Industries Universal Chest Rig. It holds 2x5.56 or 1x7.62 mags per cell. Works great. Have a 5th 7.62 mag pouch in the molle section on the side. The UCR is now manufactured by another company and marketed by SKD under another name.
The red tape identifies magazines that are loaded %100 of the time. Always hot. It makes fast id of loaded vs unloaded mags in the safe, in case they are needed for home defense. I started doing it when I only had 2 guns and a hand full of mags. I really don't have any intentions of needing or using the PTR as a HD gun. It's just a habit at this point. I also put blue tape on mags that are used for non-range(home) dry-fire/gear use/reloading training drills only and are never loaded under any circumstances. Most of these have the followers altered or removed to disable the mag anyhow. PS, For the safety sallies out there….. yes, I always treat firearms as if they are loaded and verify a weapons condition every time it is handled. Regardless of tape color.
these look like they would be easier to integrate with a molle plate carrier instead of the flecktarn pouches.

How did you do the circular cutouts in the back? They look so clean and square.
Nice mod! I'll buy a couple and put some M90 camo on them.
Great video. I'm gonna mod mine.

Old certainly doesn't mean bad.
@@TheBrackishCoast Iagree- a Bowie is old school but I WOULDNT WANT TO GET in a fight out out one.
***** great mod, Why the red tape on your mag? Is it to ID your mags or type of ammo?

That's a great idea, I like it. I may use a sharpie , to mark the type of ammo on the tape, because i load up different ammo for specific needs.
