The first band I ever loved. So many memories. So much happiness. Why does it have to end now? Whether you guys are together as the Jonas brothers or not, you'll always have a special place in my heart.
Camp Rock will always be my everything. I never really thought the Jonas Brothers would ever split because they were like brothers and tbh that thought never even occurred to me, but now I see this and it makes me really emotional because I'm growing up and so are my favorite childhood stars. I'm very blessed that I got to experience such an amazing childhood/preteen years watching them and watching all the shows that used to air on Disney. Although I feel like a part of me is gone, I'm very happy that they're happy and moving on and doing individual things that make them happy. (:
I don't think they will reunite as a group again like they did before but I think they'll have a special performance sometime in the future, and I don't really watch Disney anymore so I wouldn't know :/

When I was between the ages of 8 and 12, I was obsessed with the Jonas Brothers, and the break up was a huge shock to me, until I read Joe Jonases "essay" in Vulture magazine, and now I have a new respect for them as people and as artist. Joe says he was 17 the first time he tried weed, I was 15, he was simply being a teenager just as I am now, he's just like anyone else. Oh, and when they showed the 4 albums the released together, I had all 4 of them and remember each one coming out, and I also have Nicks solo album.

This breakup made my mind just completely blow up. I didn't know what to think! And the fact that I was so close to meeting them is like taking a knife and shoving it through my heart. I had VIP tickets to see them on October 21st. My package included VIP seats and taking a picture with them after the show. I was so exited! I had been dreaming of that since 2008! And then, they cancelled their tour about a week before the concert, and BROKE UP. I WAS SO FREAKING CLOSE AND MY DREAM JUST RAN AWAY AND DISAPPEARED INSTANTLY! Boys, I respect your decisions, but you'll never understand the effect this had on your fans!

I cried. They were the first boy band that I fell in love with. Mind you I was 8 and now I'm still only nearly 14 but I will always have them in my heart because they're music is so much better than half of the stuff today and I'm so happy for Kevin and Danielle. And the other two, I love their separate music as well. But I still always ALWAYS listen to their old stuff and I even sometimes watch camp rock and watch episodes of Jonas. After a month or so of tears and deep thought, I've turned from complete rage to being "okay". If they're needing to move on, then I should too. Watching this knowing now that there was a lot of drama and that joe freaked out on nick when he said he wanted them to breakup. And then they weren’t on speaking terms after this for a while, joe was definitely hurt by this the most and I can see the heartbreak on his face and looking at nick to answer most questions , having to freaking sit here and explain it . It must have sucked so much.
the good thing is that even if they break up as a band, they cant break up as Brothers so we can still hope that someday in the future there will be new songs

Well tbh it's for the best. Stop being a close minded person. They said it themselves the breakup was something they never knew they needed before Nick initiated it. They weren't feeling like themselves anymore back then. Also if they still insist to continue they knew it'd cause a great damage to their relationship as brothers just like what they said they put being brothers first that's why they came to the decision to break up.
I remember maybe 5-6 years ago behing a HUGE fan with my friends.. I went to 2 concert, I bought all their cd's/DVD's/Book's etc.. It's amazing to see how they worked so hard and all the things they've done together.. and for me this is not sad.. they put a great memorie in my head and I will remember them as the band I was loving so much when I was a teenager haha :)
I'm really going to miss them. I've been with them since I was 12 and now I'm almost 20. I met so many people because of them. It's so difficult to accept but from the beginning they've always said that they're brothers first and a band second. Well, in my opinion, his music as a solo artist is lame considering the kind of musician he is, he's a multi-instrumentalist and a great song writer as we all know, but he has like 2 or 3 songs that stand out so yeah, he's just another mainstream pop artist and we all know that most of them are forgotten quickly :( DNCE has had a greater impact, but like I said, it's just my opinion.

This breakup made my mind just completely blow up. I didn't know what to think! And the fact that I was so close to meeting them is like taking a knife and shoving it through my heart. I had VIP tickets to see them on October 21st. My package included VIP seats and taking a picture with them after the show. I was so exited! I had been dreaming of that since 2008! And then, they cancelled their tour about a week before the concert, and BROKE UP. I WAS SO FREAKING CLOSE AND MY DREAM JUST RAN AWAY AND DISAPPEARED INSTANTLY! Boys, I respect your decisions, but you'll never understand the effect this had on your fans!

I'm from Germany and the Jonas Brothers was the first band I loved SO much. I could sing EVERY song by heart. :D And now, watching this, makes me so sad! I saw them at a concert and it makes me happy! Good old times... I'll never forget.

Ja, ich glaube man wird immer eine Verbundenheit zu dieser Band haben, wenn man sie so sehr geliebt hat. Ich war mit 11 auf dem Konzert und heute bin ich 18 und wenn mir mal eins der Alben in die Hand fällt, höre ich sie immer noch und singe mit. Das Konzert war mein größter Wunsch und es war echt genial! Auch wenn man erwachsen wird, diese Band wird mir immer in wunderschöner Erinnerungen bleiben!

Dennis Tokay why would they be back together then and Nick is still the main speaker!? Explain that? Kevin has always not been much of a talker. You should really look into things before forming ignorant opinions. In the documentary they talk a lot about how Kevin is not really in the spot light. He doesn’t like to be and he doesn’t like be the spokesman. Why does nick have to be selfish for being the guy that talks?? There has to be one or they wouldn’t get the press they do. Actually you’ll notice in most bands there is the one that is basically the spokesperson.
ss They have done A LOT of therapy before getting back together so I am sure if there was a problem with his being outspoken it was addressed. But guess what? Kevin and Joe do not prefer the focus or to be the spokesperson as shown in the doc. So relax and realize Nick is just doing his JOB

2015 and watching this and i am proud to say i still love them and miss them. My good wishes are with my boys forever.
I cried. They were the first boy band that I fell in love with. Mind you I was 8 and now I'm still only nearly 14 but I will always have them in my heart because they're music is so much better than half of the stuff today and I'm so happy for Kevin and Danielle. And the other two, I love their separate music as well. But I still always ALWAYS listen to their old stuff and I even sometimes watch camp rock and watch episodes of Jonas. I'll never forget them even if they don't come back.

After a month or so of tears and deep thought, I've turned from complete rage to being "okay". If they're needing to move on, then I should too. And instead of being mad or throwing a fit about a canceled album and what not, I should really be saying, "Thank you." Because what they've done for me over the past 7/8 years is worth more. I don't need it. They've given me all I need :)

so true that Jonas is way better than one direction , but I grew up listening to Jonas brothers , and the kids now a days are growing up with 1D , so its all on who you grew up with as a kid you got to like in music and movies , but I will miss them , and I do hope they get back together and make more music together , but I wish they would have realised their last album they were working on as a farewell gift to all fans

Watching this knowing now that there was a lot of drama and that joe freaked out on nick when he said he wanted them to breakup. And then they weren’t on speaking terms after this for a while, joe was definitely hurt by this the most and I can see the heartbreak on his face and looking at nick to answer most questions , having to freaking sit here and explain it . It must have sucked so much.
Here after the documentary chasing happiness and I cried so much watching it. I was in tears by the end
the good thing is that even if they break up as a band, they cant break up as Brothers so we can still hope that someday in the future there will be new songs

Well tbh it's for the best. Stop being a close minded person. They said it themselves the breakup was something they never knew they needed before Nick initiated it. They weren't feeling like themselves anymore back then. Also if they still insist to continue they knew it'd cause a great damage to their relationship as brothers just like what they said they put being brothers first that's why they came to the decision to break up.
I remember maybe 5-6 years ago behing a HUGE fan with my friends.. I went to 2 concert, I bought all their cd's/DVD's/Book's etc.. It's amazing to see how they worked so hard and all the things they've done together.. and for me this is not sad.. they put a great memorie in my head and I will remember them as the band I was loving so much when I was a teenager haha :)
I'm really going to miss them. I've been with them since I was 12 and now I'm almost 20. I met so many people because of them. It's so difficult to accept but from the beginning they've always said that they're brothers first and a band second. I just wish they could've at least finished the album because from what I've heard it was going in a great direction.

Well, in my opinion, his music as a solo artist is lame considering the kind of musician he is, he's a multi-instrumentalist and a great song writer as we all know, but he has like 2 or 3 songs that stand out so yeah, he's just another mainstream pop artist and we all know that most of them are forgotten quickly :( DNCE has had a greater impact, but like I said, it's just my opinion.
@@sofias9238 i don't think so. Both Nick and DNCE are mainstream pop artists. I listened both to DNCE and Nick's song and all i could say is it's just pop party song and over-used beat on the other hand Nick's i think has Rnb vibe i suppose.
