This is great, just one suggestion I would rename to like ‘banish any and all competition’ or just ‘I am the only one (that matters)’ idk because I heard we shouldn’t even acknowledge a 3rd party or at least think of it in terms of past tense if u do think of it. Wow, this is so uplifting, it’s important to stay inspired. I feel a deep sense of emptiness, it’s been 2months since jack left and everyday feels like an eternity without him. Hey Loz!!! These affirmations are amazing! I have tried listening other sleeping affirmations but usually the background music sounds weird and the narrator's voice isn't very pleasant. Your voice is really soothing and the music is just beautiful!!! I did get nightmares for the first week lol, but being a psychology major I understand it's just my subconscious fighting back. I listened to this whole night and I think my brain tried to fight it real bad. Basically it turned this background music into like screaming and howling sounds to make me wake up which it did, but I persisted
Had the same issue. I couldn't breathe for two days as it was fighting the new beliefs but now i am good again and already listening to it for one week. Will persist at least 21 days to a month.

This is great, just one suggestion I would rename to like ‘banish any and all competition’ or just ‘I am the only one (that matters)’ idk because I heard we shouldn’t even acknowledge a 3rd party or at least think of it in terms of past tense if u do think of it. So this title kind of puts the thought/idea in the mind which I don’t like it triggered me a bit…But I really love the affirmations and your channel seems like it’s full of great stuff too. when I listened to Dylan James sleep tapes I would wake up terrified, and his voice sounded scary, it wasn't his voice, it was my subconscious mind trying to stop me from listening any further, in an attempt to keep the old way if thinking, because those old thoughts were how it has tried to keep us safe for so long
