By the way, in 2015 they had two special live events for only male fans ((Black Mass) and female fans ((Red Mass). Red Mass was really crazy with all those insane girls in the mosh'sh pit :-)

This video was so powerful for me. I think at the time Su was 16 and to be so in charge of the fans is just so amazing to me. Of course the fans want to have a good time and participate anyway they can, so I guess it was expected to be this awesome.
I don't know how long this group will stay together. But I look forward to their performing as young adults (Su is now 18, Yui-Moa 17). Their professionalism at this age is very high.

You have Korean in the title, Babymetal is from Japan. Tip for avoiding the copyright: headphones. You can listen to the video at normal speed and you only get your own words in the video. Other people can open the original video on the side if they want to hear the sound as well. It's crazy to speed up a Babymetal video, their music and dancing is already fast ! :-) It would be easier to understand them. They do use some English words. Last statistic from Japan 34% of Babymetal fans are girls/women. They will probably do their 4th world tour next year, maybe you can go see them !

OK, good that you watch it at normal speed, I thought you had mentioned you didn't a lot about editing. Good to hear you know more about it. At the end they say: "We are" and the audience says: "BABYMETAL!".

well, in general mostly guys listen to Metal Music. so .. anyways.. good reaction vid!! if you search around you can find their latest live concert video of this song.. just recorded last month. you will see HUGE circle pit.. its insane. I think Japan Sun Rock festival..
I'd say they have far more female fans than your average metal band though. Yeah, there's video of them doing Catch Me If You Can where the girls are encouraging the circle pits. BTW that's the most hardcore song about playing hide and seek ever.

If you want to listen to something different from Babymetal watch 'Akatsuki' (Unfinished Version). It's totally different from there usual songs. It's Su singing a ballad to some nice piano. There is also a dubstep version of Headbanger called Night Of 15 Mix.
Sped up it sounds even more metal

Just a comment....you say you don't think that they have a lot of girl fans but you're wrong there. In fact Babymetal has probably the most diverse fan base of any metal band....young and old... male and female. A survey of Japanese audiences revealed that over 35% of the fans are female which is in stark contrast to the average metal band's fans in this predominately male genre. I've heard a lot of guys say "At last a metal band that I can take my girlfriend along to see!" Their fans are racially diverse as well. It's not just asian and white people either. I've seen African American guys who never normally listen to anything other than rap and hip hop raving over this band. This is a group that breaks down barriers.
You must react to a Suzuka's solo music, like Akatsuki, No Rain no Rainbow or Rondo of Nightmare
you don't havento go there to enjoy them.. the experience is the same if not better in any other part of the world. you should check out babymetal live 2016

For any other babymetal titles you may enjoy, check out akatsuke. Its a lot slower and there are 2 versions..both are great in their own right. If you are crushing over Su now, wait till you see her in her solo feeling song. :)
I think something like "Onedari Daisakusen" would be a better choice. She hasn't yet experienced Black Babymetal.
randumo24 meh, black babymetal is just..."gimmickey". If I was to suggest she go off the beaten path, I would push the roots of babymetal. sakura gakuin or something.

Rob Xsiq Black Babymetal is NOT a novelty. Sis Anger is arguably the best song on Metal Resistance.

But yeah, you're right. they have improved dramatically since BM album. Sis anger though..hmm..GJ gives a good run for the money.

It would also be nice to have a reaction to a Black Babymetal song on youtube. Unless you go to, or watch one of their concerts, a lot of people haven't seen it.

I disagree. I think the speed sounds better than changing the pitch. You're really changing the sound a lot more when changing the pitch.

They do a video with Rob Halford of Judah Priest that is pretty good you should check out. Also want to suggest a band to react to, Jinjer. They have a bunch of videos on RUclips and this last year they signed with Napalm Records. They are from the Ukraine. Check out I Speak Astronomy or one of their old songs like Outlander
