Hey mate, it's based around the chords E, A, B and C#m, but I tend to leave the top E and B strings open throughout. Here are the different sections if it helps:
Verse: (E, A, B, E) x4
Chorus: (A, A, C#m, B) x2 (F#m, A)
Bridge: (C#m, G#m, A, B) x2
