- Join the full concrete crew once again as we begin a new patio project. We demo the old, implement a new design and get ready to pour. We had to contend with some mud but it was not as bad as I thought. We poured the steps and are now ready for the patio pour. Enjoy

I'm a retired FDNY Firefighter , and I've seen some great mustaches.... But Buggs has the BEST Firefighter Stache on the planet....Lol , he looks like a Senior Man in a busy ghetto firehouse lol..... and that's a compliment . Bugs is a beast. He was running to the backyard in one of the shots in the video. He definitely has hustle. Tino made me laugh when Ryan said Francisco was half asleep and Eric was 3/4 asleep and he says "Tino is asleep". Lol. Tino has the best sense of humor! Love you guys !!

At any work place no matter the amount of employees. Usually about 20% do 80% of the work that the 80% does not do.
Ya just about every jobs has 1 of these type of guys their known as our OVER QUALIFIED WORKER usually around the ages of 45-65 they can do just about everything you can imagine to making bird houses, to welding bridges, to fixing a diesel tank ect. Over QUALIFIED underpaid bugs is obviously CAPPED at his pay of $35hr which isn't bad but a normal machinest whom works at Boeing makes 55 a hr. Some make 80 a hour. But they only have yearly contracts. Right to work is bs. Bugs probably been working like that for a long long time where no adays people like me look at him and be amazed because I couldn't do it lol 😆 blood sweat and tears makes the dreams come true ladies n gents
Bro he has a very very solid crew man you have to remember bugs is I’m his 50’s I’m sure all of them besides Darryl will be like bugs when they are his age but overall his crew is very very solid you just

@@davidjackson9680 Dudes probably worked more in his life than people in the youtube comment section bashing him. My speculation is that Jr probably gets paid like $10/hour or just a standard small day rate to give him some spending money and a sense of financial independance from his parents... It's not like he's making the same as the rest of the crew spending 80% of his time recovering from doing minor tasks so there's no reason to bash him because he's pulling his weight for what he's making most likely.

I used to work with a guy like jr (he was the boss's son) the standing around doing nothing isn't as bad as when he used to tell me how to do my job mannn i felt throwing my hammer at him sometimes but he was just to sweet and innocent so everyone just let him. Until he did it to a new guy with a bunch of experience he got shouted at then cried in the truck ngl it kinda felt good.
So I started watching your channel when I was getting ready to have a 35 yard pad poured at my house about 6 months ago and I haven’t missed a video since. I love the content and the hustle. I’m a mechanical engineer who works on missiles, but I feel like I have watched enough concrete videos of yours I could do a half decent job since it’s so easy haha. Keep up the grind and the great content, Ryan. Also, it makes me smile how you are with Junior. Adios!
I'm in manufacturing engineering as well, except I switched from defense (who's initials are similar to "GE") to medical. Was quite the change!

It's encouraging to see a man with the love of Christ in his heart, passing it on to others, the way God designed it.
Finding workers that can put up with the labor in working with concrete,is near impossible in the era we live,the good ones are all set in their jobs.
Definitely should have miniseries about each crew member. Bugs with his projects. Eric with his side jobs as a "BOSS". and of course, Daryl's infinite excuses of tardiness and no shows as a Documentary HAHA.

Mike is a much harder worker then Daryl is... Sighs I was hoping Daryl would come back trying to be as quick as he can when driving and working as hard as he can as he had the 2 weeks leave to show why he should stay around, but seams like hes slacking as always...

I always have found it so funny that I’m a finance student and have no interest in working landscaping or anything like this but I’ve been addicted to watching for a year
We have owned many Bobcat Skidsteers over the last 25 years, we always got hand/foot controls because we rent out equipment out and it seemed best, last year we got a good deal to switch over to Deere and had to get hand controls. I had always resisted them, but now I would never turn back. I understand your reasons for resisting but I think you would adapt and love it after a bit.
I agree with u. Loved the bobcats with foot and pedal control but when I switched to hand controls I'm never looking back either. Once u get used to them and run them awhile they r not bad at all and wished y did I even like foot controls.
It's sad how junior even says " I'll just look pretty" I love Ryan and the crew but come on he takes full advantage of Ryan's kindness.

"it's always something": indeed, when more than one person is working, issues present. In the same way that many renters don't maintain property as the owner would, employees don't always take care of tools as the owner would. Even though not putting something away brings irritation into their own work day, tools don't get put away properly. Then, time is wasted - job on hold - trying to find what "someone" didn't put away. But that the grief of business growth. Ryan, you handle all of it extremely well, and your crew is blessed by your patience - or he quick way you deal and then let go - when they handle things wrongly. You are a very good example of "how to be a boss" for others watching. I'm thankful for your channel.
Don't you just hate it when you have a supervisor over a supervisor, at the job that changes things. Every once in a while I would get a customer with all the families opinions, ("can you move it 5" over and uncle comes over saying it needs to go 3" over the other way"). Then you have to tell them 1 more time and it's costing each time after, then customer say's it's OK where it's at. :)

I had a pit who we trained for years, had her around kids and other animals and one day she straight up mauled my two Cats and chihuahua and came after me. Every pitbull I've had or have been around even the friendly well raised ones are aggressive in nature. That's just how they were bred for almost as long as they have been around. But honestly to each their own. If you have one just be responsible and don't let your guard down or get over confident
Yeah I agree. It's all about their owners. I've had several pits . One we got at the pound bcuz no one else wanted her , she would've been put down the following week. She wasn't mean or violent in any way. It took maybe around a week for her to realize everything was good , she ended up being one of the best dogs I've ever owned she was brindled named Kahlua. ✌️
You're ridiculous to say that a puppy is a great ambassador. She does have a great owner who will pit her in check, sure, but do you not know how many mailings and deaths happen, especially to CHILDRE, from dogs of all medium to large breeds?!!!

Hey Ryan. I know on my dump truck when it’s idling. You turn the cruise control on and make it idle up a little bit. Then it will stay running while idling. If you don’t do that then right before the truck shuts off, the check engine light will blink for a couple of seconds then the truck shuts down.

I have always wanted a quonset hut, glad Bugs is using that term, and that he is using one as his insulated shop!
My dad runs a CAT skidder. He beats the absolute snot out of that machine and hasn't had any major issues with it since he bought it 10 years ago.
