HE Ling Rinpoche Presides Over Indian Government Presenting 50 Sets of Mongolian Kanjur to Mongolia

On October 9th, H.E. Ling Rinpoche, at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Government of India and by the Gandan Monastery, the preeminent monastery of Mongolia, presided over a significant historic occasion whereby the Government of India presented 50 sets of the 108 volumes of the Mongolian Kanjur to the people of Mongolia for distribution to important institutions, monasteries, and national libraries throughout the country. Given H.E. Ling Rinpoche’s great admiration and respect for the people of Mongolia, he is delighted to have participated in this auspicious event.
