During the off season we have 2 phases. The first few weeks we have a 8 hours of training limit per week so we only train maybe twice a week and lift or do conditioning 1-2 times a week. After the first few weeks we have 20 hours a week for trainings so we lift 3-4 times and train 4-5 times. And we have 5-6 friendlies we can play during the spring as well.
