In tonight’s semi-final, Little Mix perform and the remaining five bands go head to head for their votes. The girls clearly hate this part of the show. You can tell how invested they are in all the bands. I think New Priority has incredible chemistry, they just struggled to translate that to the stage. I hope they stick together and keep fighting because once they get their footing they’ll be incredible.
I feel like the show would benefit from an episode or two of getting to know the bands and them preforming before eliminations start.
Yeah I agree, actually I think the show would have benefited more with 2-3 more episodes just live shows were they train and get to know each other, it would have gotten stronger vocals and a bigger voting fanbase. Just like the way shoes like sytycd do before they start eliminating but I guess because of COVID

the thing with new priority they got the vocals but their stage presence as a group just doesn't work out it's too awkward idk :/
That's exactly how I felt, it was so awkward to watch and the song didn't help them at all ☹️.

Exactly. Tonight's performance was great vocally but they looked quite awkward and a bit chaotic at times.
New priority can sing. But the route they were going was way to pop manufactured and Since September has a different vibe they seem more connected on stage from the couple of performances I’ve seen. I honestly think Since September shouldn’t have been in the bottom two so I’m glad Perrie and Jade fought for them.
Melladaze got way too many points

As Jade said New Priority is still finding themselves. Their vocals are really good though. I wanted them to go through but at the same time I wanted Since September to go through. New Priority has better vocals but Since September are better performers. The right band went through in the end.

@@khanhlyho174 all the groups are amazing, don't get me wrong, but considering that they're competing to be the opening act for the girls, I personally think it would be more interesting to see something different like Since September or Ychange and then the girls. But thats my opinion

This was sooo emotional watching them leave the competition. But I feel like the girls made the right decision.
Honestly I wish little Mix will still give all the bands losing a label to still go under but the band that wins will perform with them on tour so that is the bigger pize
It's like you tapped in into my mind. That's exactly what I was thinking. But I think they don't want a crowdy studio. Or platform. Also too many bands become a cliche. And too much of anything is bad.
So I understand their reasons for wanting only one band.
Otherwise if it was upto us, everyone would have a spot for the spotlight. But again that is not possible. Because then we lose meaning in fandom. We can't all be fans to 10 diff groups. What happens when they are all throwing a concert in the same season... I mean think about such things when u r thinking of giving a spotlight for everyone. Plus the budgets... The girl band themselves need to stay on the spotlight... They can't focus on marketing other bands instead of themselves. Think about it in such angles.
I agree with their decision, there was something about New Priority missing, mainly their stage presence. I wish them the Best though!! Hope they never give up and get better and better

YES YES YES YES PERIOD. I was about to fight them, i swear. Don't get me wrong, New priority is VERY talented, but they aren't ready, they haven't found their identity just yet. Since September, on the other hand, are absolute stars, they have so much soul.

Dont worry, if you guys support the losing bands theyll still do great things. This just means they wont be opening for Little Mix’s Confetti tour. Just look at One Direction and Fifth Harmony, they lost their seasons but people still saw something in them, signed them to a record label, and became global sensations. Its not unheard of to lose and still succeed

I think that neither Since September nor New Priority deserved to be at the bottom. Still, I keep thinking that the girls are kind of biased towards Melladaze (and I know is understandable, because they see them and remember how it was with themselves).
We should all stop saying this now. Melladaze proved themselves in this episode. They blended perfectly and the harmonies were amazing. The girls were totally right

I do agree with the original comment they shouldn’t have beat Jasper Blue the fact that they made it this far is great but I do believe that they aren’t on par with either New Priority or Since September. They really need to get tighter harmonies because it throws everything off.

Nah new priority deserved to leave, every group showed improvement apart from them, they’re just another average boy group tbh, and they’re certainly not ready to go on tour with LM compared to the other groups

I feel like New Pirority need to just gel together when on stage like they did in the elimination because that was wayyy better then the Into You cover in terms of performance but they gave their all in both performances undoubtly, still rooting for these boys to smash their careers as they are talented and genuine x

What I really love about this talent show is that the bands are so supportive of each other and you can clearly see how sorry they feel for the ones that didn't get through. On the first elimination, one member from Melladaze wanted to hug Jasper Blue but it's not allowed because they should practice social distancing. And some members of Nostalia, Melladaze, and other bands commented on Jasper Blue's post. And when Melina posted her short song cover on IG, some members of the other bands also showed their love to her. And now, you can see how Matthew still acknowledges New Priority at 2:38 and also after that when he spoke. I love this talent show so muuuch🥺🥺

@@taiebaarianakabir7014 i think it's because the girls see themselves in them, and they know that Melladaze have the potential (just like Leigh saw in New Priority), and because they know they need that chance just like they were given, they give it to them. Tbh Melladaze definitely stepped up today but I think tomorrow Melladaze might not win the vote of the people. I think the main competition is between Nostalia, Ychange and Since September because they seem to be fan favourites.

You can tell by their emotions alone that they are very invested in these bands and they care about all of them, they want to make the elimination process as painless as possible, unlike in XFactor it can be very brutal because they need it for ratings.😒

I know New Priority didnt have a lot of stage presence but Little Mix didn't even say that clearly in last week's episode. They told they can add some dance moves. But did they explain its the stage presence? I DON'T THINK SO. So little mix also have some fault on their side.

In my opinion Since September never should’ve been in the bottom two. I thought they were really good and even tho I missed their first performance in the battle of the bands, I absolutely fell in love with them this show. It was the best decision in the end.

It is the first time that a performance got me in tears, I just love Since September but the last song made me feel everything. I was crying with them on the final decision. As Perrie said: "I would fight till the end for this band"

It’s so heartbreaking because I think that New Priority, as a collective, definitely have better vocals than Since September, but they don’t know what to do with it and their stage presence needed so much work. That being said, Since September are still amazing and don’t get me wrong they’re definitely talented. They’ve really grown on me and I was not envious of little mix in making that decision
