Hey man great looking truck! Im looking to do the fender flares you used and the bed cover you used would you be able to help me? I cant find the flairs anywhere. Is there a specific name for them? Also is the bed cover custom or purchasex? it looked amazing!
Thank you. The flares are just modified factory small flares. On the ZQ8s they were color matched. On the Z85s they were just gray. The bed cover unfortunately is no longer made. It was from a company called Checker Pro.
@@GeedsGarage oh ok that helps ith the fender flares That sucks with the bed cover tho. But was the bed cover just one piece or was it a soft cover? And the front bumber is that an xtreme bumper?
The bed cover is two sheets of fiberglass, with a foam core. I actually need to replace the core as over the years it’s gotten wet and brought things in and made the cover extremely heavy. Front bumper is actually the Street Scene Gen 1 front bumper. The Gen 2 is the “SS” style.
Depends what your goal is. I think 20s look perfect on these trucks, but know guys who have done 22s and 24s. Also depends on if you’re lifting/lowering. Bigger the wheels size, the smaller your tire side wall would be.
Bumper I bought used off another guy, it’s a street scene gen 1 and you can find it from several retailers. Wheels are factory Silverado SS wheels with the center hub bored out a bit to fit the Colorado hubs.
Hey man nice truck i have an 05 extteme in process. Am replacing the rear bumper for a roll pan but the factory body kit dont go with the roll pan on the back where did you got yours?
Thank you. Well the taillights were done by TYC and I believe they are discontinued. I’ve had 2 sets and both failed after awhile. There are other similar sets on amazon.
Honestly, there are many places that sell the components, so you’ll need to just shop around. I bought my stuff many years ago. But the main companies who make these parts are these two. www.belltech.com. And djmsuspension.com.

We’re was the hood ordered from
It’s a Goodmark steel hood, I got it from a local restoration parts place. Just do a google search for Goodmark Colorado cowl hood.
Anything performance done to it
+hunter farley not really much, intake, tune and and muffler. The big thing will be the 5.3 I have for it.
Where did you find the running lights and the headlights with the clear sides? Looks so much better than the amber.
I got them on eBay many years ago. There was a guy who was making the clear side pieces for awhile, but is no longer doing them.
nice truck, where did you get those gauges?
Thank you, if I recall correctly, they were made by NU Image. You’ll have to google around.
